Ea implic\u0103 ini\u0163iative pentru\ndezvoltarea unei culturi a respectului reciproc \u00een comunicare \u015fi \u00een luarea\ndeciziilor, \u00eendrept\u00e2nd aten\u0163ia, nu doar spre transmiterea de informa\u0163ii, ci \u015fi\nspre facilitarea unei \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103ri participative. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Educa\u0163ia pentru dezvoltare durabil\u0103\n(EDD) \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u0163e\u015fte capacitatea persoanelor, a grupurilor, comunit\u0103\u0163ilor,\norganiza\u0163iilor de a g\u00e2ndi \u015fi a ac\u0163iona \u00een favoarea unei dezvolt\u0103ri durabile.\nPoate genera schimbarea mentalit\u0103\u0163ii oamenilor, poten\u0163\u00e2nd capacitatea acestora\nde a crea o societate mai sigur\u0103, mai s\u0103n\u0103toas\u0103 \u015fi mult mai prosper\u0103, \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u0163ind\ncalitatea vie\u0163ii. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Educa\u0163ia pentru o dezvoltare\ndurabil\u0103 ofer\u0103 o abordare critic\u0103, grad sporit de con\u015ftientizare \u015fi puterea de\na explora \u015fi dezvolta noi idei, concepte, viziuni, metode \u015fi instrumente de\nlucru. Astfel se impune o reorientare a sistemului curent, bazat exclusiv pe\noferirea de informa\u0163ii, c\u0103tre unul bazat pe rezolvarea de probleme \u015fi identificarea\nsolu\u0163iilor posibile (https:\/\/www.edu.ro\/sites\/default\/files\/Strategia%20UNECE%20pentru%20EDD_versiunea%20in%20lb.%20romana.pdf).\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen acest scop, Organiza\u0163ia ONG21\n(sub coordonarea Asocia\u0163iei REPER21 \u015fi FDSC), \u00een parteneriat cu Ministerul\nEduca\u0163iei Na\u0163ionale definitiveaz\u0103 o politic\u0103 public\u0103 privind modalit\u0103\u0163ile de\nimplementare a EDD \u00een \u015fcoli. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La nivelul \u015fcolii, implementarea\neduca\u0163iei pentru dezvoltarea durabil\u0103 trebuie s\u0103 vizeze urm\u0103toarele domenii:\n\u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u0163irea educa\u0163iei de baz\u0103, reorientarea educa\u0163iei c\u0103tre dezvoltarea\ndurabil\u0103, sporirea gradului de con\u015ftientizare public\u0103 \u015fi promovarea\ntrainingului. Indiferent de nivelul de studiu, elevii vor fi \u00eencuraja\u0163i s\u0103\nfoloseasc\u0103 g\u00e2ndirea \u015fi reflec\u0163ia sistemic\u0103, critic\u0103 \u015fi creativ\u0103, deopotriv\u0103 \u00een\ncontextul local \u015fi global. Nu poate fi neglijat faptul c\u0103 EDD reprezint\u0103 un\nproces care se desf\u0103\u015foar\u0103 de-a lungul \u00eentregii vie\u0163i, \u00eencep\u00e2nd din copil\u0103rie\np\u00e2n\u0103 la formarea profesional\u0103 a adul\u0163ilor, trec\u00e2nd dincolo de educa\u0163ia formal\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Temele cheie privind dezvoltarea durabil\u0103 abordate includ, printre altele,\nreducerea s\u0103r\u0103ciei, \u00eendatoririle cet\u0103\u0163ene\u015fti, pacea, etica, responsabilitatea,\n\u00een contextul local \u015fi global, democra\u0163ia \u015fi guvernarea, justi\u0163ia, securitatea,\ndrepturile omului, s\u0103n\u0103tatea, egalitatea de gen, diversitatea cultural\u0103,\ndezvoltarea rural\u0103 \u015fi urban\u0103, economia, modelele de produc\u0163ie \u015fi de consum,\nresponsabilitatea civic\u0103, protec\u0163ia mediului, managementul resurselor naturale \u015fi\ndiversitatea biologic\u0103 \u015fi a naturii. (https:\/\/www.edu.ro\/educa%C8%9Bie-pentru-dezvoltare-durabil%C4%83).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Educa\u0163ia pentru dezvoltarea durabil\u0103 cere activit\u0103\u0163i practice \u015fi luarea\nunor decizii. Nu este suficient ca \u00een \u015fcoal\u0103 s\u0103 se vorbeasc\u0103 despre viitor, ci\ntrebuie \u00eentreprins ceva pentru acesta. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dezvoltarea durabil\u0103 reprezint\u0103 o\nparadigm\u0103 bazat\u0103 pe etic\u0103 \u015fi educa\u0163ie pentru dezvoltare durabil\u0103 \u015fi are drept\nscop dezvoltarea competen\u0163elor care ajut\u0103 indivizii s\u0103 reflecteze la propriile\nlor ac\u0163iuni, \u0163in\u00e2nd seama de impacturile lor actuale \u015fi viitoare, sociale,\nculturale, economice \u015fi de mediu. Aceast\u0103 educa\u0163ie trebuie s\u0103 devin\u0103 parte\nintegrant\u0103 a calit\u0103\u0163ii educa\u0163iei, inerent\u0103 conceptului \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103rii continue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O modalitate de recunoa\u015ftere a contribu\u0163iei aduse pentru dezvoltarea\ndurabil\u0103 o reprezint\u0103 acordarea distinc\u0163iei \u201e\u015ecoal\u0103 durabil\u0103\u201d acelor unit\u0103\u0163i de\n\u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt care fac dovada \u00eendeplinirii a c\u00e2t mai multe din cele 17 obiective\nale dezvolt\u0103rii durabile: <em>educa\u0163ie de\ncalitate, s\u0103n\u0103tate \u015fi stare de bine, egalitate de gen, ap\u0103 curat\u0103 \u015fi igien\u0103,\nconsum \u015fi produc\u0163ie responsabile, inegalit\u0103\u0163i reduse, pace, justi\u0163ie \u015fi institu\u0163ii\nputernice<\/em> etc., respectiv a dezvolt\u0103rii competen\u0163elor specifice\ntransversale (https:\/\/www.edu.ro\/sites\/default\/files\/Criterii_de_calitate_ale_scolilor_dezvoltarii_durabile.pdf).\nAceasta se poate ob\u0163ine \u00een urma implement\u0103rii pe o perioad\u0103 de 2 ani a ceea ce\n\u00eenseamn\u0103 ciclul PDCA: Plan (Zicem ceea ce facem), Do (Facem ceea ce zicem),\nCheck (Verific\u0103m ceea ce am f\u0103cut), Act (Consolid\u0103m progresul). Astfel,\nimplementarea acestui ciclu seam\u0103n\u0103 foarte mult cu spirala calit\u0103\u0163ii \u00een educa\u0163ie\nsau cercul lui Deming. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A\u015fa cum exist\u0103 diverse distinc\u0163ii precum: <em>\u015ecoal\u0103 European\u0103, Eco-\u015ecoala, \u015ecoala Verde<\/em> etc., o asemenea \u201eetichet\u0103\u201d\nob\u0163inut\u0103 va conta mult \u00een evalu\u0103rile externe ale unit\u0103\u0163ilor \u015fcolare. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O abordare sistematic\u0103 a principiilor dezvolt\u0103rii durabile \u00een \u015fcoli va duce\nla existen\u0163a mai multor cadre didactice bine preg\u0103tite \u00een domeniul\nmanagementului responsabil. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Prof. dr.
