Greoaiele planuri\nde \u00eengrijire la care trudesc de decenii \u2013 \u015fi f\u0103r\u0103 spor, a\u015f zice \u2013 deopotriv\u0103\nelevi \u015fi profesori prin \u00eenv\u00e2rtirea \u00een gol a ro\u0163ii celor 14 \u201enevoi\u201d ale\npacientului, pe un model preluat din psihologia nevoilor, nu se reg\u0103sesc\nnicicum \u00een \u00eengrijirile din sec\u0163iile de spital, asistentele \u015fi asisten\u0163ii urm\u00e2nd\ndoar rutina profesional\u0103 \u015fi foarte mult indica\u0163iile \u015fi dispozi\u0163iile medicilor. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fapt este c\u0103\nnici dac\u0103 s-ar \u00eencepe acum aplicarea acestui model, cum pare c\u0103 se \u00eencearc\u0103 de\nceva vreme pe seama recentei obligativit\u0103\u0163i a spitalelor de a include o foaie\nde \u00eengrijiri pe care s\u0103 o foloseasc\u0103 asisten\u0163ii medicali, \u00een acord cu\nstandardele de acreditare impuse de normele europene, tot nu ar fi bine. Este un model propus de NANDA-I (North\nAmerican Nursing Diagnosis Organisation \u2013 International), organiza\u0163ia care a\ntaxonomizat \u015fi standardizat problemele, obiectivele \u015fi interven\u0163iile nursing\ndin cadrul planurilor de \u00eengrijire. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Amuzant \u015fi\ntrist totodat\u0103 este c\u0103 de\u015fi noul curriculum specific l-a inclus de vreo doi\nani, el \u00eenc\u0103 nu este predat de to\u0163i profesorii din aceste \u015fcoli \u015fi \u2013 se \u00een\u0163elege\n\u2013 nici implementat \u00een spitale. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Suntem,\na\u015fadar, iar\u0103\u015fi defaza\u0163i, de aceast\u0103 dat\u0103 nu \u00een chestiunea punerii teoriei \u00een\npractic\u0103, ci \u00een conectarea practicii didactice la cerin\u0163ele curriculare, ceea\nce duce, de fapt, la acela\u015fi rezultat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Am scris\naici pe acest subiect fiind implicat, ca profesor de nursing, \u00een implementarea\n\u00een Rom\u00e2nia a modelului de \u00eengrijiri NANDA-I prin publicarea la Editura Cartea\nMedical\u0103 a lucr\u0103rii \u201eTeoria \u015fi practica nursing\u201d, care a primit avizul M.E.N.\npentru utilizare la clas\u0103 \u00een 2018 \u015fi din care au ap\u0103rut p\u00e2n\u0103 acum patru volume.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De\u015fi noua abordare\na \u00eenceput s\u0103 aib\u0103 ecou real \u00een mediile profesionale din \u0163ar\u0103 \u015fi foarte multe\n\u015fcoli \u015fi chiar unele facult\u0103\u0163i de profil o recomand\u0103 \u015fi o folosesc efectiv \u00een\nprocesul de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt, \u00eenc\u0103 mai exist\u0103 o rezisten\u0163\u0103 puternic\u0103 la conectarea\nat\u00e2t de necesar\u0103 la reperele interna\u0163ionale. Paradoxal, o parte din aceast\u0103\nrezisten\u0163\u0103 vine chiar din partea organiza\u0163iei profesionale a asisten\u0163ilor\nmedicali.
