XXI este tot mai evident certat\u0103 cu\nDumnezeu&#8230;\u201d, g\u00e2nd ce mi-a aruncat c\u00e2teva semin\u0163e de medita\u0163ie \u015fi anume: pe c\u00e2t\nde certat este \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103torul cu Dumnezeu \u015fi dac\u0103 numai cu El, care sunt motivele\nacestor ne\u00een\u0163elegeri \u015fi dac\u0103 exist\u0103 solu\u0163ii de a le \u00eenl\u0103tura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cel mai\nindicat punct de plecare pentru aceast\u0103 reflec\u0163ie \u00eemp\u0103rt\u0103\u015fit\u0103 ar fi imaginea\nsociet\u0103\u0163ii \u00een care tr\u0103im \u2013 imagine sumbr\u0103 pe care o con\u015ftientiz\u0103m din ce \u00een ce\nmai mult. O societate cu atare imagine genereaz\u0103 pierderea interesului fa\u0163\u0103 de\nmunc\u0103, destr\u0103marea familiilor, cre\u015fterea num\u0103rului de copii abandona\u0163i \u015fi, nu\n\u00een ultimul r\u00e2nd, un nivel sc\u0103zut de trai&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen asemenea\ncondi\u0163ii, \u201ecerturile\u201d cu Dumnezeu, dar \u015fi \u00eentre supu\u015fii Lui, sunt inevitabile.\nAcestea atrag dup\u0103 sine falsul, minciuna, subiectivismul, la\u015fitatea, dispre\u0163ul,\negoismul, du\u015fm\u0103nia etc. \u2013 caren\u0163e ce malignizeaz\u0103 o alt\u0103 imagine, pe cea a\neticii \u015fi a moralit\u0103\u0163ii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A\u015fadar, cu\ncine e certat \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103torul? \u00cen primul r\u00e2nd, cu statul, care nu-i poate oferi o\nremunerare conform capacit\u0103\u0163ilor \u015fi eforturilor depuse. Ce solu\u0163ii g\u0103se\u015fte el?\nNu \u00eentotdeauna dintre cele care s\u0103 nu-i \u015ftirbeasc\u0103 din moralitate. \u015ei \u201ecerturile\u201d\ncontinu\u0103&#8230; cu p\u0103rin\u0163ii elevilor, cu managerii institu\u0163iei \u00een care activeaz\u0103&#8230;\nCel mai grav \u00eens\u0103 este faptul c\u0103 acestea \u00eei afecteaz\u0103 \u015fi pe copii. Dac\u0103 \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103torul\nnu-\u015fi poate asigura o preg\u0103tire pertinent\u0103 (din acelea\u015fi motive materiale) nu\neste o lacun\u0103 a societ\u0103\u0163ii, care o defavorizeaz\u0103?! Neacordarea aten\u0163iei\nnecesare activit\u0103\u0163ii, organizarea lec\u0163iilor suplimentare, evaluarea subiectiv\u0103\n\u2013 oare nu sunt toate acestea \u00een detrimentul copilului?! Sunt ni\u015fte probleme\narhicunoscute. R\u0103m\u00e2ne s\u0103 ne \u00eentreb\u0103m: c\u00e2t vor dura ele?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Imperativul\nzilei de ast\u0103zi este integritatea personalit\u0103\u0163ii. Or, felul nostru de a fi este\ndeterminat de sistemul de valori care \u00eenglobeaz\u0103 sinceritatea, modestia,\ncurajul, corectitudinea, decen\u0163a. Regula de aur: \u201ePoart\u0103-te cu ceilal\u0163i a\u015fa cum\n\u0163i-ai dori s\u0103 se poarte \u015fi ei cu tine\u201d este mai actual\u0103 ca oric\u00e2nd. Dar cum\nputem realiza acest deziderat? Prin schimbare. O stare de lucruri nu poate\npersista la infinit. De la 1989 \u00eencoace, societatea a conturat noi exigen\u0163e \u015fi\nfa\u0163\u0103 de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103tor, \u015fi fa\u0163\u0103 de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt, \u00een general. Pentru a favoriza aceast\u0103\nschimbare, trebuie s\u0103 \u00eencepem prin a ne schimba noi \u00een\u015fine. Cine suntem, care\neste locul nostru \u00een aceast\u0103 lume \u015fi \u00eencotro ne \u00eendrept\u0103m? Odat\u0103 clarificate\naceste lucruri, \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103torului (\u015fi nu numai lui) nu-i r\u0103m\u00e2ne dec\u00e2t s\u0103 fac\u0103\nprimul pas spre o \u201e\u00eemp\u0103care\u201d cu to\u0163i. \u015ei l-ar ajuta \u00een aceast\u0103 ini\u0163iativ\u0103\nexemplul, demn de urmat, al legendarei p\u0103s\u0103ri Phoenix care a ren\u0103scut din\npropria cenu\u015f\u0103. \u00cenv\u0103\u0163\u0103torul trebuie s\u0103 \u00eentreprind\u0103 tot ce-i st\u0103 \u00een putin\u0163\u0103\npentru a-\u015fi rec\u0103p\u0103ta imaginea de alt\u0103dat\u0103: oricine \u00eel \u00eent\u00e2lnea, \u00eei ar\u0103ta numai\nrespect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dac\u0103 e s\u0103\nfacem o retrospectiv\u0103 a anilor de \u015fcoal\u0103 \u015fi ai celor de \u00eenceput de cale profesional\u0103,\ncu siguran\u0163\u0103 i-am caracteriza astfel pe majoritatea dasc\u0103lilor no\u015ftri: un\nprofesor cu principii morale ferme ce \u00eensereaz\u0103 noble\u0163e sufleteasc\u0103,\nonestitate, corectitudine \u015fi un profesionalism \u00eenalt. Un veritabil model. Este\noare ast\u0103zi \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103torul un model? Ce trebuie s\u0103 includ\u0103 acesta? Modelul \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103torului\nde alt\u0103dat\u0103 plus receptivitate la schimbare, flexibilitate, abilitate \u00een solu\u0163ionarea\nmultiplelor probleme cotidiene, toleran\u0163\u0103 \u2013 condi\u0163ie ce poate fi atins\u0103 prin\ndragoste de munc\u0103, pasiune \u015fi perseveren\u0163\u0103. \u201eSuccesul st\u0103 la \u00eendem\u00e2na oricui;\ndeschide u\u015file \u2013 nu e nevoie dec\u00e2t de cheile potrivite, \u015fi tu deja le de\u0163ii.\u201d\n(C. Turner).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Drumul spre\nprofesionalism nu e deloc u\u015for. Acesta solicit\u0103 documentare, reflec\u0163ii, stagii\nde perfec\u0163ionare sub diverse forme. \u00cen acest sens, putem vorbi \u015fi despre\nsuccese. \u00cen calitate de formator, nu mi-a fost dificil s\u0103 observ o metamorfoz\u0103\n\u00een felul de \u201ea fi\u201d al \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103torilor care au devenit receptivi \u015fi deschi\u015fi la\nschimbare, accept\u0103 noul, particip\u0103 activ la propria lor formare, lucreaz\u0103 prin\ncooperare. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este un\n\u00eenceput bun! \u015ei dac\u0103 continu\u0103m \u00een acela\u015fi mod, ne putem trezi \u00eentr-un viitor\napropiat \u00eemp\u0103ca\u0163i cu toat\u0103 lumea \u015fi cu Dumnezeu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mi-am permis\ns\u0103 schi\u0163ez un posibil model \u2013 semin\u0163e de medita\u0163ie \u015fi acesta \u2013 pentru cei ce se\nvor \u00eemp\u0103ca\u0163i cu adev\u0103rat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 S\u0103\ntransform\u0103m \u015fcoala pentru copii \u00eentr-o \u201e\u015fcoal\u0103 a bucuriei\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 S\u0103 z\u00e2mbim\n\u2013 aceasta faciliteaz\u0103 comunicarea cu elevii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 S\u0103\nconsider\u0103m lec\u0163ia un spectacol ce trebuie bine regizat. Rolul nostru va fi unul\nsecundar, dar s\u0103-l interpret\u0103m astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t s\u0103 poat\u0103 fi r\u0103spl\u0103tit cu un Oscar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 S\u0103\nutiliz\u0103m jocul. Este acceptat la orice v\u00e2rst\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 S\u0103 privim\nlucrurile din jur cu \u201eochii copiilor\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 S\u0103 facem\ndin lec\u0163ie o situa\u0163ie de via\u0163\u0103.
