Exist\u0103 deja un consens general: deoarece azi sunt mai multe posibilit\u0103\u0163i\nde distrac\u0163ie dec\u00e2t aveam \u201enoi, maturii\u201d pe vremuri, lectura a r\u0103mas a fi o\n\u00eendeletnicire op\u0163ional\u0103 \u015fi, mai grav, este perceput\u0103 de copii ca o preocupare\nla mod\u0103 \u00een trecut, care, \u00eens\u0103, azi nu mai are loc pe podium. Cititul nu mai e\nceva dorit, ci, mai degrab\u0103, etichetat \u015fi plasat la capitolul \u201etrebuie\u201d. Un\ntrebuie care omoar\u0103 din start pl\u0103cerea lecturii. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Noi,\nbibliotecarii, ne \u00eentreb\u0103m cum putem s\u0103-i motiv\u0103m, s\u0103 g\u0103sim acea p\u00e2rghie, prin\ncare s\u0103-i atragem c\u0103tre un univers pl\u0103cut, atractiv, relaxant \u00een care s\u0103\nredescopere fascina\u0163ia cititului. Desi\u00adgur, biblioteca este locul unde lectura\ne accesibil\u0103 tuturor, este spa\u0163iul imagina\u0163iei \u015fi al creativit\u0103\u0163ii, \u00een care\nideile se materializeaz\u0103, totul cap\u0103t\u0103 form\u0103 \u015fi culoare. Ca s\u0103-i determine pe\ncopii s\u0103 vin\u0103 cu pl\u0103cere la bibliotec\u0103, bibliotecarul modern \u201edezbrac\u0103 haina\u201d\ntradi\u0163ionalist\u0103 \u015fi se transfer\u0103 \u00een postura de \u201eprofesor cu idei colorate\u201d.\nAstfel, am ini\u0163iat activit\u0103\u0163i de educa\u0163ie non-formal\u0103, care este diferit\u0103 de\neduca\u0163ia formal\u0103 at\u00e2t prin con\u0163inut, c\u00e2t \u015fi prin formele de realizare. Educa\u0163ia\nnon-formal\u0103 are menirea s\u0103 dezvolte poten\u0163ialul cognitiv, afectiv \u015fi ac\u0163ionar\nal copiilor \u015fi tinerilor, s\u0103 r\u0103spund\u0103 intereselor \u015fi op\u0163iunilor acestora pentru\npetrecerea timpului liber. Copiii au nevoie de asemenea activit\u0103\u0163i, deoarece le\nofer\u0103 noi oportunit\u0103\u0163i \u015fi o mare libertate de construc\u0163ie a \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103rii, le\nsatisfac necesitatea de investigare \u015fi cutezan\u0163\u0103 creatoare. Ac\u0163iuni care s\u0103 le\nextind\u0103 lumea lor spiritual\u0103, s\u0103 le \u00eemplineasc\u0103 setea de cunoa\u015ftere, s\u0103 le\ncreeze st\u0103ri de emo\u0163ie profund\u0103, descoperind, apreciind, form\u00e2ndu-\u015fi propriile\nconvingeri, atitudini, comportamente. Din suita de activit\u0103\u0163i non-formale\norganizate la bibliotec\u0103, fac parte \u201eFii Fresh, alege s\u0103n\u0103tatea!\u201d, \u201ePa\u015fi spre\ncunoa\u015ftere\u201d, \u201eMae\u015ftrii cunoa\u015fterii\u201d. Ideea, \u00een general, este de a-i ajuta pe\nelevi s\u0103 adopte o atitudine pozitiv\u0103 fa\u0163\u0103 de lectur\u0103, s\u0103 con\u015ftientizeze\nimportan\u0163a ei pentru bun\u0103starea \u015fi dezvoltarea personal\u0103 \u015fi pentru \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u0163irea\nperforman\u0163elor \u015fcolare, de a le stimula interesul, curiozitatea, dorin\u0163a de a\n\u00eenv\u0103\u0163a, de \u201eA \u015eTI MAI MULT\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;A\u015fa cum \u201es\u0103n\u0103tatea este totul, dar f\u0103r\u0103 s\u0103n\u0103tate\ntotul este nimic\u201d (A. Schopenhauer), promovarea unui mod s\u0103n\u0103tos de via\u0163\u0103\ntrebuie s\u0103 devin\u0103 o prioritate \u00een educa\u0163ia copiilor. Cu regret, ast\u0103zi elevii\nstau foarte multe ore \u00een spa\u0163ii \u00eenchise, fac pu\u0163in\u0103 mi\u015fcare, au obiceiuri de\nalimenta\u0163ie nes\u0103n\u0103toas\u0103, ceea ce le afecteaz\u0103 buna cre\u015ftere. \u015ei mai grav e c\u0103\n\u00een \u015fcoli nu se prea organizeaz\u0103 activit\u0103\u0163i \u00een cadrul c\u0103rora elevii s\u0103 fie\ninforma\u0163i despre alimenta\u0163ia corect\u0103, echilibrat\u0103 \u015fi diversificat\u0103, despre\nprodusele s\u0103n\u0103toase, despre rolul pozitiv pe care \u00eel au mi\u015fcarea \u015fi activitatea\nfizic\u0103 zilnic\u0103 \u00een aer liber, precum \u015fi despre riscurile aferente unui stil de\nvia\u0163\u0103 nes\u0103n\u0103tos. De aceea am considerat binevenit, util \u015fi foarte interesant s\u0103\nini\u0163iem la bibliotec\u0103 programul \u201eFii fresh, alege s\u0103n\u0103tatea!\u201d, la realizarea\nc\u0103ruia am colaborat cu speciali\u015fti \u00een medicin\u0103 \u2013 medici voluntari de la Asocia\u0163ia\nStuden\u0163ilor \u015fi Reziden\u0163ilor \u00een Medicin\u0103, USMF \u201eNicolae Testemi\u0163anu\u201d,\nspeciali\u015fti \u00een sport de la Palatul Sporturilor USM \u015fi Universitatea de Stat\nEduca\u0163ie Fizic\u0103 \u015fi Sport. (&#8230;) Programul include cicluri a c\u00e2te 5 ateliere\npentru grupuri de copii cu v\u00e2rsta de 12-14 ani, av\u00e2nd urm\u0103toarea tematic\u0103: \u201eS\u0103\nne cunoa\u015ftem corpul\u201d; \u201eCum se acord\u0103 primul ajutor medical\u201d; \u201eMi\u015fcarea \u2013 izvor\nde s\u0103n\u0103tate\u201d; \u201eSpune NU fumatului\u201d; \u201eTr\u0103ie\u015fte s\u0103n\u0103tos \u2013 m\u0103n\u00e2nc\u0103 inteligent\u201d.\nParticipan\u0163ii au fost implica\u0163i \u00een activit\u0103\u0163i de informare \u015fi activit\u0103\u0163i\npractice care au presupus lucru \u00een echip\u0103, brainstorming, experimente, jocuri\n\u015fi alte metode interactive. Ca materiale \u015fi instrumente de lucru am folosit:\nc\u0103r\u0163i \u015fi resurse multimedia, prezent\u0103ri PowerPoint, imagini \u015fi postere, mulaje\n\u015fi materiale didactice, materiale pentru experimente, mostre de produse\nalimentare, chestionare. Feedbackul din partea participan\u0163ilor a fost pozitiv,\ndenot\u00e2nd interesul \u015fi impactul activit\u0103\u0163ilor asupra copiilor. (&#8230;)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201ePa\u015fi spre\ncunoa\u015ftere\u201d \u015fi \u201eDevino un Maestru al Cunoa\u015fterii\u201d sunt programe axate pe\nutilizarea \u015fi valorificarea publica\u0163iilor de referin\u0163\u0103 \u2013 enciclopedii cu\nilustra\u0163ii \u015fi desene explicative, cu un con\u0163inut textual interesant \u015fi foarte\nbine structurat pe anumite domenii, care le ajut\u0103 copiilor s\u0103-\u015fi dezvolte\ncuno\u015ftin\u0163ele la diverse subiecte, s\u0103 \u00eenve\u0163e \u00eentr-un mod interactiv \u015fi atractiv.\nAstfel, programul \u201ePa\u015fi spre cunoa\u015ftere\u201d este destinat tinerilor exploratori de\n9-11 ani curio\u015fi s\u0103 cunoasc\u0103 tainele geografiei \u015fi are urm\u0103toarele obiective:\nstimularea interesului \u015fi aprofundarea cuno\u015ftin\u0163elor despre lumea\n\u00eenconjur\u0103toare; sporirea interesului copiilor pentru lectura c\u0103r\u0163ilor de\nreferin\u0163\u0103; l\u0103rgirea orizontului de cunoa\u015ftere cu privire la Terra; formarea\nabilit\u0103\u0163ilor de activitate practic\u0103 \u015fi lucru \u00een echip\u0103 prin implicarea \u00een\nefectuarea experimentelor \u015fi realizarea proiectelor; cunoa\u015fterea tipurilor de\ndezastre naturale, formarea unor atitudini \u015fi comportamente responsabile \u00een\ncazul dezastrelor naturale. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pe parcursul\na \u015fase ateliere: \u201eArctica \u015fi Antarctica\u201d, \u201eOceanele\u201d, \u201eDe\u015fertul\u201d, \u201eMun\u0163ii\u201d,\n\u201eVulcanii\u201d, \u201eDezastrele naturale\u201d, elevii \u015fi-au completat cuno\u015ftin\u0163ele cu\ninforma\u0163ii noi \u015fi interesante din domeniul geografiei, lectur\u00e2nd c\u0103r\u0163ile din\nseria publica\u0163iilor de referin\u0163\u0103 \u201ePa\u015fi spre cunoa\u015ftere\u201d, selectate \u00een dependen\u0163\u0103\nde tema fiec\u0103rui atelier. Participan\u0163ii au \u00eenv\u0103\u0163at s\u0103 lucreze eficient cu\nenciclopediile, \u201eau navigat\u201d pe hart\u0103 \u015fi pe glob, descoperind c\u00e2t de divers\u0103,\nmare \u015fi interesant\u0103 este lumea \u00een care tr\u0103im. Iar practicarea experimentelor \u2013\nincredibile, magice, cu lumin\u0103 \u015fi culoare (vulcanul, tornada, valurile m\u0103rii \u015f.\na.), a suscitat \u015fi mai mult curiozitatea \u015fi interesul pentru bibliotec\u0103, locul\nunde po\u0163i dezvolta noi competen\u0163e pentru a \u00eenv\u0103\u0163a altfel, f\u0103r\u0103 stres \u015fi prin\nmetode distractive. Descoperirea \u015fi implicarea \u00een efectuarea experimentelor a\nfost ceva nou \u015fi impresionant pentru copii, trezindu-le interesul pentru \u015ftiin\u0163\u0103\nprin observare, descoperire, analiz\u0103. La finalul programului, participan\u0163ii\n\u015fi-au verificat cuno\u015ftin\u0163ele, complet\u00e2nd un test \u015fi realiz\u00e2nd \u00een echipe\nproiecte \u00een 3D cu referire la tema fiec\u0103rui atelier. Dar nu s-au oprit aici.\nFiind fascina\u0163i de tot ce au \u00eenv\u0103\u0163at la bibliotec\u0103 \u015fi de c\u0103l\u0103toriile ima\u00adginare\npe pagini de carte, o clas\u0103 de elevi participan\u0163i la program au pornit \u00eentr-o\nc\u0103l\u0103torie adev\u0103rat\u0103 \u00een mun\u0163ii Carpa\u0163i, iar \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103toarea, impresionat\u0103 de\noportunit\u0103\u0163ile de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163are altfel, pe care le-a descoperit la bibliotec\u0103, a\ndecis s\u0103 se \u00eenscrie la un curs de educa\u0163ie non-formal\u0103. Impactul activit\u0103\u0163ilor\na fost unul cu implica\u0163ii emo\u0163ionale \u2013 uimire, suspans, bucurie. Impresiile\nmicilor cercet\u0103tori \u015fi ale profesorilor denot\u0103 interesul \u015fi entuziasmul cu care\nau participat la activit\u0103\u0163i: \u201eEste un program bine-venit \u015fi suntem noroco\u015fi c\u0103\nparticip\u0103m. \u00cenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m lucruri noi \u015fi utile pe care le folosim apoi \u015fi \u00een cadrul\nlec\u0163iilor. Venim cu mult interes \u015fi curiozitate la fiecare atelier.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen perioada\nvacan\u0163ei de var\u0103 a fost lansat programul educa\u0163ional recreativ \u201eDevino un\nMaestru al Cunoa\u015fterii\u201d cu sloganul: Cite\u015fte! Descoper\u0103! Creeaz\u0103! La fiecare\n\u015fedin\u0163\u0103, copiii lecturau o carte din seria \u201eMae\u015ftrii cunoa\u015fterii\u201d, apoi\nparticipau la concursul Quiz, utiliz\u00e2nd aplica\u0163ia Kahoot. Prin acest program\nne-am propus: s\u0103 \u00eencuraj\u0103m \u015fi s\u0103 stimul\u0103m lectura copiilor; s\u0103-i \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m cum s\u0103\nutilizeze eficient enciclopediile; s\u0103-i ajut\u0103m s\u0103-\u015fi dezvolte competen\u0163ele\ndigitale; s\u0103 le \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u0163im cuno\u015ftin\u0163ele \u00een anumite domenii; s\u0103 cre\u0103m un mediu\nde cunoa\u015ftere atractiv \u015fi creativ; s\u0103-i \u00eencuraj\u0103m pe copii s\u0103 petreac\u0103 vacan\u0163a\nde var\u0103 la bibliotec\u0103, \u00eentr-un mod activ \u015fi interesant. Programul a inclus \u015fi\nconcursuri de tip Quiz, destinate copiilor dornici de a-\u015fi testa cuno\u015ftin\u0163ele\n\u015fi de a ob\u0163ine cel mai tare titlu al verii. Concursurile au fost elaborate \u00een\nbaza enciclopediilor din seria \u201eMae\u015ftrii cunoa\u015fterii\u201d. Implicarea copiilor a\npresupus: lecturarea c\u0103r\u0163ilor din seria respectiv\u0103 (c\u00e2te un titlu selectat \u00een\nfiecare s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2n\u0103) \u015fi participarea la concursurile s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2nale, r\u0103spunz\u00e2nd la\nseturi de \u00eentreb\u0103ri tematice elaborate cu aplica\u0163ia Kahoot. \u00cenving\u0103torul\ndevenea \u201eMaestru al Cunoa\u015fterii\u201d \u00een s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2na respectiv\u0103. Finala din cadrul\nprimei edi\u0163ii a concursului s-a desf\u0103\u015furat \u00een format de \u201eMegaB\u0103t\u0103lia\nEnciclopedi\u015filor\u201d, la care au fost admi\u015fi \u00eenving\u0103torii rundelor s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2nale.\nQuiz-ul final a inclus \u00eentreb\u0103ri din toat\u0103 seria de enciclopedii \u201eMae\u015ftrii\ncunoa\u015fterii\u201d \u015fi doar cuno\u015ftin\u0163ele acumulate pe parcursul \u00eentregului program\ni-au ajutat pe mae\u015ftri s\u0103 se bucure de o supervictorie \u00een b\u0103t\u0103lia pentru titlul\nde \u201eSuperMaestru al Cunoa\u015fterii\u201d. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oferind\naceast\u0103 \u201ere\u0163et\u0103\u201d de educa\u0163ie non-formal\u0103 la bibliotec\u0103, am reu\u015fit s\u0103 sporim\ninteresul copiilor pentru lectur\u0103 \u015fi s\u0103 contribuim la formarea unor cititori\naviza\u0163i \u015fi informa\u0163i. Consider c\u0103, prin implementarea acestor programe cu\nactivit\u0103\u0163i adiacente lecturii, putem ajunge mai u\u015for la cei care altfel nu ar\nveni la bibliotec\u0103 \u015fi putem oferi ceva \u00een plus celor care sunt pasiona\u0163i de\nlectur\u0103. Iar metoda experimentului are un impact pozitiv asupra elevilor, face\nca \u015ftiin\u0163a s\u0103 devin\u0103 abordabil\u0103 \u015fi confirm\u0103 afirma\u0163ia lui Confucius despre \u00eenv\u0103\u0163area\neficient\u0103: \u201eSpune-mi \u015fi voi uita. Arat\u0103-mi \u015fi voi \u0163ine minte. Implic\u0103-m\u0103 \u015fi voi\n\u00een\u0163elege\u201d.
