Care sunt aceste nevoi? Cadrele didactice \u00ee\u015fi doresc deschidere \u015fi comunicare, dep\u0103\u015find rigiditatea <em>formalului<\/em>. Dasc\u0103lii au nevoie unii de ceilal\u0163i, de confirmare, de validare, de \u00eemp\u0103rt\u0103\u015fire a sentimentelor, a g\u00e2ndurilor \u015fi a experien\u0163ei profesionale \u015fi personale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Educa\u0163ia nonformal\u0103<\/strong> cuprinde ansamblul activit\u0103\u0163ilor \u015fi al ac\u0163iunilor care se desf\u0103\u015foar\u0103 \u00eentr-un cadru institu\u0163ionalizat, \u00een mod organizat, dar \u00een afara sistemului \u015fcolar, constituindu-se ca \u201eo punte \u00eentre cuno\u015ftin\u0163ele asimilate la lec\u0163ii \u015fi informa\u0163iile acumulate informal\u201d (V\u0103ideanu G., 1988).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Caracteristicile educa\u0163iei nonformale sunt:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Se desf\u0103\u015foar\u0103 \u00een afara sistemului \u015fcolar;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Are un caracter op\u0163ional;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Cursan\u0163ii joac\u0103 un rol activ \u00een desf\u0103\u015furarea activit\u0103\u0163ilor;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Are con\u0163inut diferit \u00een func\u0163ie de interesele celor care particip\u0103 la activit\u0103\u0163i;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Pune accent pe valorificarea \u00eentregii experien\u0163e de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163are a cursan\u0163ilor;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 \u00cembin\u0103 utilul cu pl\u0103cutul;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Stimuleaz\u0103 imagina\u0163ia \u015fi creativitatea;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Faciliteaz\u0103 o solicitare diferen\u0163iat\u0103 a cursan\u0163ilor \u00een func\u0163ie de aptitudinile fiec\u0103ruia;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Nu face obiectul unor evalu\u0103ri sistematice \u015fi riguroase;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Rolul formatorului este mai discret, put\u00e2nd s\u0103 exercite asupra cursan\u0163ilor o influen\u0163\u0103 indirect\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Expansiunea educa\u0163iei nonformale a devenit o tendin\u0163\u0103 general\u0103 a politicii educa\u0163iei \u00een vederea educa\u0163iei permanente, ce se amplific\u0103 pe fondul accentu\u0103rii \u201ecrizei mondiale a educa\u0163iei\u201d, credea Philip Coombs \u015fi atr\u0103gea aten\u0163ia asupra necesit\u0103\u0163ii revizuirii curriculumului, realiz\u0103rii echilibrului \u00eentre dezvoltarea economic\u0103, cerin\u0163ele societ\u0103\u0163ii \u015fi rezultatele sistemului de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00centre educa\u0163ia formal\u0103 \u015fi nonformal\u0103 se stabilesc rela\u0163ii de complementaritate sub raportul con\u0163inutului, al formelor de organizare \u015fi realizare. Dezvoltarea educa\u0163iei nonformale poate oferi sugestii \u015fi chiar solu\u0163ii pentru dep\u0103\u015firea \u201ecrizei \u015fcolii\u201d. \u00cen ultimii ani se pune accentul tot mai mult pe diversificarea activit\u0103\u0163ilor de educa\u0163ie nonformal\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Centrul Na\u0163ional de Formare Sindical\u0103 \u015fi Profesional\u0103 al Federa\u0163iei Sindicatelor Libere din \u00cenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt<\/strong> de\u0163ine opt centre regionale \u015fi 16 centre jude\u0163ene de formare autorizate, dintre care unul este \u00een jude\u0163ul Neam\u0163.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>F.S.L.I.<\/strong> \u015fi <strong>S.L.I. Neam\u0163<\/strong>, av\u00e2nd \u00een Statut drept unul din obiective <em>formarea profesional\u0103 \u015fi sindical\u0103<\/em>, au furnizat cursuri de formare \u00een cadrul unor programe \u015fi proiecte cu finan\u0163are european\u0103, dar \u015fi activit\u0103\u0163i de formare acreditate de M. E., promov\u00e2nd <em>calitatea \u015fi profesionalismul<\/em> \u00een acest domeniu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un astfel de proiect este DEZVOLTAREA STRUCTURILOR DE DIALOG \u015eI CONSULTARE TRIPARTITE \u015eI BIPARTITE \u00ceN SECTORUL EDUCA\u0162IE av\u00e2nd ca parteneri <strong>Federa\u0163ia Sindicatelor Libere din \u00cenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt [FSLI] \u2013 ROMANIA \u015fi Skolenes Lands\u00adforbund [SL] \u2013 NORVEGIA, finan\u0163at prin Granturile SEE \u015fi Norvegiene 2014-2021<\/strong>, prin intermediul c\u0103ruia s-a derulat \u015fi \u00eenc\u0103 se desf\u0103\u015foar\u0103 \u00een \u00eentreaga \u0163ar\u0103, programul de formare, <em>Dialog social \u015fi negociere colectiv\u0103-ins\u00adtrumente pentru dezvoltare sustenabil\u0103 \u00een educa\u0163ie acreditat de M.E.C.<\/em> (<strong>20 credite<\/strong> <em>profesionale transferabile, conform<\/em> <strong><em>O.M.E.C. nr. 4925\/10.08.2020<\/em><\/strong>). Acesta urm\u0103re\u015fte formarea competen\u0163elor de <strong>comunicare, negociere, mediere \u015fi dialog social<\/strong> ale cadrelor didactice \u015fi punerea lor \u00een practic\u0103 \u00een contextul sistemului educa\u0163ional \u015fi este structurat pe cinci module (<strong>Legisla\u0163ia Dialogului Social la nivel european \u015fi na\u0163ional; Public Speaking; Negociere; Analiza de discurs; Practic\u0103<\/strong>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Av\u00e2nd ca scop consolidarea capacit\u0103\u0163ilor conexe, consolidarea <strong>Comisiilor paritare<\/strong> printr-un Dialog social eficient \u015fi \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u0163irea conducerii \u015fcolare colaborative, programul nostru de formare a venit \u00een sprijinul cadrelor didactice din \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2ntul preuniversitar \u2013 personal didactic de predare, lideri de sindicat, dar \u015fi personal didactic cu func\u0163ii de conducere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ne bucur\u0103m c\u0103, \u015fi \u00een jude\u0163ul Neam\u0163, \u00een perioada 17 mai 2021 \u2013 17 iulie 2021, s-a derulat acest curs cu o grup\u0103 format\u0103 din 35 de cursan\u0163i, av\u00e2nd un impact pozitiv asupra acestora. Feedback-ul primit confirm\u0103 c\u0103 nevoia de formare \u201ealtfel\u201d, \u00een manier\u0103 nonformal\u0103, este mare. De\u015fi a fost un program intens, solicitant, care a presupus responsabilitate, seriozitate, implicare, interactivitate, cursan\u0163ii au participat cu mult interes, men\u0163ion\u00e2nd c\u0103 le va fi foarte util at\u00e2t pe plan profesional, c\u00e2t \u015fi personal. S-a realizat valorificarea experien\u0163ei cursan\u0163ilor, s-a dep\u0103\u015fit \u201ezona de confort\u201d a fiec\u0103ruia, deoarece, anumite teme au avut ca mijloc de realizare \u2013 <strong>filmul<\/strong> (care a ajutat la o mai bun\u0103 \u00eensu\u015fire a elementelor de Public Speaking, de negociere \u015fi mediere), astfel, stimul\u00e2nd imagina\u0163ia \u015fi creativitatea, s-a \u00eembinat utilul cu pl\u0103cutul \u015fi s-au legat prietenii. Av\u00e2nd oportunitatea de a fi formator al acestei grupe, am reu\u015fit \u00eempreun\u0103 cu colegii mei, cursan\u0163ii, s\u0103 tr\u0103im o experien\u0163\u0103 profesional\u0103 memorabil\u0103 \u015fi s\u0103 form\u0103m o \u201eechip\u0103 de aur\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen ultimii ani, <strong>Sindicatul din \u00cenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt Neam\u0163<\/strong> a oferit \u015fi alte programe de formare sindical\u0103 ca: <strong>Dialog social \u015fi leadership<\/strong> (2016), <strong>Comunicare eficient\u0103 \u00een managementul sindical<\/strong> (2019), dar \u015fi <strong>activit\u0103\u0163i sindicale \u015fi schimburi de bune practici<\/strong> precum au fost cele desf\u0103\u015furate cu partenerii <strong>Consiliului Raional al Sindicatelor din \u00cenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt H\u00e2nce\u015fti, Republica Moldova<\/strong> (2019).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un alt program na\u0163ional de formare al <strong>Federa\u0163iei Sindicatelor Libere din \u00cenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt<\/strong> este LEC\u0162IA \u00ceN ONLINE. Dac\u0103 \u00eentr-o prim\u0103 etap\u0103 a \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103rii online a fost nevoie de dob\u00e2ndirea unor competen\u0163e digitale pentru a transmite lec\u0163ia, nevoile cadrelor didactice s-au rafinat de-a lungul anului \u015fcolar 2020-2021. Pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 utilizarea eficient\u0103 a aplica\u0163iilor cu func\u0163ionalit\u0103\u0163i noi, a ap\u0103rut nevoia asigur\u0103rii unui minim nivel de calitate a lec\u0163iilor realizate \u00een online, reflectat \u00een reg\u00e2ndirea con\u0163inutului din punct de vedere didactic, c\u00e2t \u015fi din prisma gestion\u0103rii emo\u0163iilor \u00een mediul online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Acest program de formare r\u0103spunde explicit nevoilor de actualitate ale cadrele didactice:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 implementarea unei lec\u0163ii de calitate;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 dezvoltarea inteligen\u0163ei emo\u0163ionale at\u00e2t a elevilor, c\u00e2t \u015fi a dasc\u0103lilor acestora;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 \u00eencurajarea interac\u0163iunii \u00eentre elevi \u00een cadrul lec\u0163iei \u00een online;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 amplificarea capacit\u0103\u0163ilor profesorilor de a face fa\u0163\u0103 solicit\u0103rilor pred\u0103rii online \u2013 prin folosirea aplica\u0163iilor digitale, a instrumentelor pentru predarea \u015fi administrarea lec\u0163iilor \u00een mediul online, platformelor digitale interactive sau a platformelor de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163are bazate pe joc \u015fi tehnologie educa\u0163ional\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Lec\u0163ia \u00een online<\/strong> este un program educa\u0163ional destinat profesorilor, bazat pe exerci\u0163ii practice, interactivitate \u015fi sprijin constant \u00een scopul:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 dob\u00e2ndirii rapide de competen\u0163e digitale cu aplicabilitate imediat\u0103;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 proiect\u0103rii lec\u0163iilor online \u0163in\u00e2nd cont de cercul calit\u0103\u0163ii;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 gestion\u0103rii emo\u0163iilor \u00een clasa online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 cele <strong>20 credite profesionale<\/strong> <strong>transferabile<\/strong> pe care le prime\u015fte fiecare absolvent al programului, cursan\u0163ii beneficiaz\u0103 de o experien\u0163\u0103 memorabil\u0103 de formare \u00een manier\u0103 nonformal\u0103, de experien\u0163a de facilitare pe baza metodei <strong>edutainment<\/strong> \u2013 facilitare prin joc, umor \u015fi interac\u0163iune, de descoperirea realiz\u0103rii interac\u0163iunii de calitate \u00een mediul online.
