Din acela\u015fi an, 1984, am \u00eenfiin\u0163at ansamblul folcloric \u201ePe-un picior de plai\u201d care a devenit ulterior laureat al mai multor festivaluri de dans \u015fi c\u00e2ntec autentic. De\u0163in\u0103torul titlului de colectiv-model din 1987, cu un palmares destul de impun\u0103tor: 14 trofee; 12 Diplome de excelen\u0163\u0103, Diplome de gradul Unu \u2013 24; Premii Mari -17.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prin activitatea lor, membrii ansamblului \u00eempreun\u0103 cu conduc\u0103torul artistic, au scos din anonimat multe dansuri \u015fi c\u00e2ntece autentice, culese de la vatr\u0103, devenind astfel promotori fideli ai culturii tradi\u0163ionale de la ba\u015ftin\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De\u0163in\u0103toare a gradului didactic II la limba \u015fi literatura rom\u00e2n\u0103 \u015fi al gradului managerial II. (Ecaterina Ursu)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Dac\u0103 ar fi s\u0103 face\u0163i un bilan\u0163 al anilor petrecu\u0163i la catedr\u0103, ce not\u0103 i-a\u0163i acorda profesoarei Ecaterina Ursu?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Cred, o not\u0103 de 8. \u015ei nu c\u0103 a\u015f fi un profesor mediocru. Nu! e altceva: niciodat\u0103 nu sunt satisf\u0103cut\u0103 de rezultatele ob\u0163inute de la elevi la probrele de evaluare. \u015ei atunci &#8230; e \u015fi firesc s\u0103 m\u0103 \u201ea\u015fez\u201d \u00een limitele notei indicate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Apropo de nota pe care v-o acorda\u0163i, c\u00e2t de importante sunt pentru dvs. calificativele pe care vi le atribuie elevii? Ave\u0163i o porecl\u0103?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Foarte importante sunt pentru mine calificativele. Admit c\u0103 nu coincid totdeauna cu autocalificativele mele. E \u015fi firesc! Elevul uneori te apreciaz\u0103 de la \u00een\u0103l\u0163imea propriilor capacit\u0103\u0163i sau competen\u0163e. Tr\u0103iesc cu sentimentul c\u0103 tind s\u0103-mi fac lucrul c\u00e2t mai bine, cu responsabilitate. \u00cen ceea ce prive\u015fte porecla? Nu! Nu am niciuna. Cel pu\u0163in \u2013 nu am auzit niciodat\u0103 c\u0103 a\u015f avea-o!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Sunte\u0163i o persoan\u0103 emotiv\u0103? S-a \u00eent\u00e2mplat s\u0103 ave\u0163i de suferit consecin\u0163e grave ale emo\u0163iilor dvs.?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Da, sunt o persoan\u0103 emotiv\u0103! Emotiv\u0103, \u00eens\u0103, p\u00e2n\u0103 la grada\u0163ia de la care s\u0103 nu suf\u0103r consecin\u0163ele grave acestei st\u0103ri ale mele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Ce v-a determinat s\u0103 alege\u0163i \u015fcoala? Tradi\u0163ie, voca\u0163ie sau \u00eent\u00e2mplare?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Cred, voca\u0163ia. Sunt un om al C\u0103r\u0163ii, al Intelectului. Respect oamenii de\u015ftep\u0163i. Toat\u0103 via\u0163a mi-am dorit s\u0103 \u00eenv\u0103\u0163 elevii s\u0103 \u015ftie carte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Care crede\u0163i c\u0103 sunt sl\u0103biciunile fundamentale ale \u015fcolii noastre? Dar punctele ei cele mai tari? Experien\u0163a acumulat\u0103 pe parcursul timpului ne-a ar\u0103tat nou\u0103, cadrelor didactice, c\u0103 o rela\u0163ie de sus\u0163inere reciproc\u0103 \u015fi o atmosfer\u0103 binevoitoare a factorilor educa\u0163ionali favorizeaz\u0103 educa\u0163ia de calitate \u015fi sprijin\u0103 formarea \u015fi completarea culturii pedagogice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ast\u0103zi, \u015fcoala noastr\u0103 a devenit un mediu adev\u0103rat, prietenos copilului. P\u0103rin\u0163ii au \u00een\u0163eles \u015fi apreciaz\u0103 presta\u0163ia instructiv-educativ\u0103 a cadrelor didactice, \u00een rezultatul c\u0103reia to\u0163i elevii au \u015fanse egale de succes. Datorit\u0103 acestui parteneriat, \u00een IP GM Pa\u015fcani nu se \u00eenregistreaz\u0103 cazuri de abandon \u015fcolar de 20 ani; \u015fcolarizarea se men\u0163ine tot de at\u00e2\u0163ia ani la 100 % . \u015ei principalul: to\u0163i copiii sunt asigura\u0163i cu hran\u0103. Este un efort comun al echipei manageriale, al APL, al p\u0103rin\u0163ilor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen concluzie: \u015fcoala produce, formeaz\u0103 \u015fi transmite valori, printr-o comunicare sincer\u0103, permanent\u0103 cu familia. Sub aspect axiologic, actul pedagogic nu se limiteaz\u0103 la o simpl\u0103 reproducere a valorilor morale, \u015ftiin\u0163ifice, artistice: el opereaz\u0103 o selec\u0163ie, o ierarhizare a acestora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comunicarea \u015fi \u00eencrederea reciproc\u0103 creeaz\u0103 \u015fi cimenteaz\u0103 bunele rela\u0163ii \u015fcoal\u0103-familie. Respectiv consider c\u0103 anume acest parteneriat \u015fcoal\u0103-familie este cel care constituie punctul forte al institu\u0163iei noastre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Punctele slabe ar fi: num\u0103rul mic de copii din \u015fcoal\u0103, care scade drastic de la an la an (p\u0103rin\u0163ii emigreaz\u0103 cu tot cu copii); bugetul auster cauzat de num\u0103rul elevilor (cost standart per-elev).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Care ar fi primele trei decizii pe care le-a\u0163i lua dac\u0103 a\u0163i fi pentru o zi ministrul educa\u0163iei?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 1) Mic\u015forarea normei didactice de la 18 ore la 16 ore; 2) Conferirea gradului didactic solicitat pentru totdeauna, f\u0103r\u0103 necesitatea de a fi reconfirmat o dat\u0103 la cinci ani; 3) Revederea formulei de calcul per-elev: a\u015f m\u0103ri coeficientul de calculare de la 0,83 la 0,95 sau chiar la 1,0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Vr\u00e2nd-nevr\u00e2nd, indiferent de timp sau de tipul \u015fcolii, desf\u0103\u015furarea procesului de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt presupune un anumit tipic, ca s\u0103 nu zic anumite cli\u015fee. Reu\u015fi\u0163i s\u0103 le birui\u0163i? Cum v\u0103 re\u00eemprosp\u0103ta\u0163i for\u0163ele?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Percep cli\u015feele ca pe ni\u015fte norme. Dar cu norma nu m\u0103 lupt. For\u0163ele mi le \u00eemprosp\u0103tez tot prin activitatea din \u015fcoal\u0103. Sunt prea ata\u015fat\u0103 de tot ce \u00eenseamn\u0103 \u201e\u015fcoal\u0103\u201d. Respectiv, ea, \u015fcoala, niciodat\u0103 nu m\u0103 consum\u0103! Ba, dincontra! M\u0103 revigoreaz\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Dincolo de cantitatea de informa\u0163ie pe care sunte\u0163i obligat\u0103 s\u0103 o transmite\u0163i prin programa \u015fcolar\u0103, \u00eencerca\u0163i s\u0103 lucra\u0163i \u015fi asupra caracterului elevilor dvs.? Cu ce rezultate? Sunte\u0163i temut\u0103 sau iubit\u0103?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 \u00cen cadrul lec\u0163iilor de limb\u0103 \u015fi literatur\u0103 rom\u00e2n\u0103 (profesez \u00een acest domeniu), \u00eencerc s\u0103 sculptez schi\u0163e trainice de caractere. Le formez caractere \u015fi \u00een cadrul activit\u0103\u0163ii \u00een ansamblul folcloric \u201ePe-un picior de plai\u201d, pe care am onoarea s\u0103-l conduc din 1984.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;\u00cemi vine greu s\u0103 alc\u0103tuiesc raportul dintre temut\u0103 \u015fi iubit\u0103. Cred c\u0103 ar fi corect s\u0103 fie 50% la 50%. Exigen\u0163a \u015fi severitatea, condimentate cu bun\u0103voin\u0163\u0103 \u015fi empatie, sunt percepute de fiecare elev \u00een mod individual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 \u00cen ce rela\u0163ie sunte\u0163i cu modelul dvs. de dasc\u0103l?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 \u00centr-o rela\u0163ie bun\u0103, dar care, cu certitudine, merit\u0103 s\u0103 fie perfec\u0163ionat\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Cu ce performan\u0163e v\u0103 m\u00e2ndri\u0163i, dincolo de activitatea de la catedr\u0103?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Sunt ctitorul ansamblului folcloric din \u015fcoal\u0103, \u00eenfiin\u0163at \u00een 1984, ansamblul \u201ePe-un picior de plai\u201d, cu titlul de colectiv-model din 1997! Laureat al multor festivaluri folclorice din \u0163ar\u0103 \u015fi peste hotare. Geografia evolu\u0103rilor: Italia, Vatican (spectacol \u00een fa\u0163a Papei!), Cehia, Praga, Ucraina (Cern\u0103u\u0163i), Rom\u00e2nia: Cluj, Piatra-Neam\u0163, Vaslui, Ia\u015fi, F\u0103lticeni, Bucure\u015fti \u015f. a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 A\u0163i vrea s\u0103 ad\u0103uga\u0163i o \u00eentrebare la care a\u0163i fi dorit s\u0103 r\u0103spunde\u0163i?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Da. Ce \u00eenseamn\u0103 \u015fcoala pentru Dumneavoastr\u0103? Iar r\u0103spunsul ar fi unul singur: \u015ecoala?
