Varietatea dificult\u0103\u0163ilor de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163are cu care se confrunt\u0103 elevii \u00een anumite perioade \u00eei \u00eempiedic\u0103 s\u0103 \u00een\u0163eleag\u0103 noile achizi\u0163ii, s\u0103 parcurg\u0103 un proces de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163are eficient, s\u0103 realizeze cunoa\u015fterea la un nivel calitativ corespunz\u0103tor, parcurg\u00e2nd eficient un proces de formare \u015fi dezvoltare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen momentul actual, \u00een Rom\u00e2nia exist\u0103 dou\u0103 sisteme de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt: sistemul educa\u0163iei de mas\u0103, \u00een care sunt elevi cu dificult\u0103\u0163i de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163are \u015fi sistemul educa\u0163iei speciale, destinat elevilor cu dizabilit\u0103\u0163i \u015fi \u00een care se opereaz\u0103 cu un curriculum \u015fcolar special proiectat. Totu\u015fi, de multe ori se constat\u0103 c\u0103 dificult\u0103\u0163ile de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103re sunt confundate cu dizabilit\u0103\u0163ile, fapt ce afecteaz\u0103 practicile educa\u0163ionale \u015fi curriculare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Structurat\u0103 \u00een \u015fapte capitole (<em>Dificult\u0103\u0163i de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163are-abordare multidisciplinar\u0103, Integrare \u015fcolar\u0103 \u00een abordare multidisciplinar\u0103: educa\u0163ional\u0103, managerial\u0103 \u015fi legislativ\u0103, Migra\u0163ia \u015fi remigra\u0163ia, Organizarea \u015fi realizarea cercet\u0103rii pedagogice pe tema \u201eprogram experimental de integrare \u015fcolar\u0103 a elevilor de gimnaziu remigran\u0163i cu dificult\u0103\u0163i de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163are la limba \u015fi literatura rom\u00e2n\u0103\u201d, Etapa preexperimental\u0103, Etapa experimental\u0103, Etapa postexperimental\u0103<\/em>), lucrarea abordeaz\u0103, \u00een contexte educa\u0163ionale formale, o tematic\u0103 mai pu\u0163in explorat\u0103 \u00een literatura de specialitate, de\u015fi \u00eent\u00e2lnit\u0103 \u00een realitatea educa\u0163ional\u0103 actual\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inspirat din experien\u0163a didactic\u0103, precum \u015fi de interesul comunit\u0103\u0163ii profesionale pentru identificarea \u015fi \u00eenl\u0103turarea dificult\u0103\u0163ilor \u00eent\u00e2mpinate de elevii remigran\u0163i \u00een cadrul sistemului educa\u0163ional rom\u00e2nesc actual, studiul propune o abordare educa\u0163ional\u0103 a impactului remigr\u0103rii asupra elevilor de gimnaziu, realizat\u0103 \u00een contexte educa\u0163ionale formale, \u00een studiul limbii \u015fi literaturii rom\u00e2ne, limba matern\u0103 \u00een cazul de fa\u0163\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen privin\u0163a remigr\u0103rii, din studiul realizat rezult\u0103 c\u0103 unele cazuri sunt cunoscute ca remigrare hot\u0103r\u00e2t\u0103, altele ca remigrare for\u0163at\u0103. \u00cencadrarea \u00eentr-o situa\u0163ie sau cealalt\u0103 \u0163ine de contextul european actual, de nevoile \u015fi de profilul familiilor remigrante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mesajul educa\u0163ional al lucr\u0103rii ne arat\u0103 importan\u0163a con\u015ftientiz\u0103rii faptului c\u0103 orice elev poate avea dificult\u0103\u0163i de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163are, \u00eentr-un moment dat, la o anumit\u0103 disciplin\u0103 sau la mai multe, \u00eentr-o anume activitate, aceste dificult\u0103\u0163i fiind cauzate de anumi\u0163i factori obiectivi \u015fi subiectivi. Important este s\u0103 identific\u0103m din timp aceste dificult\u0103\u0163i \u00een actul educa\u0163ional \u015fi s\u0103 ajut\u0103m elevii s\u0103 le dep\u0103\u015feasc\u0103 pentru a-\u015fi urma traseul form\u0103rii socio-profesionale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Prof. dr.
