Este vorba despre \u201e<strong>Cre\u015fterea calit\u0103\u0163ii actului educa\u0163ional pentru consolidarea rela\u0163iei dintre pia\u0163a muncii \u015fi sistemul de educa\u0163ie<\/strong>\u201d \u015fi \u201e<strong>Atractivitate, calitate, acces \u015fi succes \u00een \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2ntul profesional \u015fi tehnic din jude\u0163ul Neam\u0163<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Premiza de lucru de la care se porne\u015fte \u00een aceste dou\u0103 proiecte este c\u0103 dezvoltarea sistemului de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt profesional \u015fi tehnic (\u00cePT) inclusiv dual nu se poate realiza f\u0103r\u0103 consolidarea parteneriatelor cu agen\u0163ii economici, implicarea lor pornind de la etapa identific\u0103rii nevoilor de formare, a promov\u0103rii acestora \u00een r\u00e2ndul elevilor \u015fi p\u0103rin\u0163ilor, a particip\u0103rii la instruirea practic\u0103 a elevilor, \u00een evaluare \u015fi certificare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pentru a \u00een\u0163elege contextul \u00een care se desf\u0103\u015foar\u0103, trebuie s\u0103 spunem c\u0103 <em>Programul Educa\u0163ie \u015fi Ocupare<\/em> (<em>PEO<\/em>) finan\u0163eaz\u0103 ac\u0163iuni care r\u0103spund necesit\u0103\u0163ii de a deveni \u201eo \u0163ar\u0103 mai social\u0103 cu acces egal la ocupare durabil\u0103, de calitate, la un sistem de educa\u0163ie relevant pentru pia\u0163a muncii, stimulativ pentru \u00eenv\u0103\u0163area pe tot parcursul vie\u0163ii, o societate bazat\u0103 pe solidaritate \u015fi condi\u0163ii de via\u0163\u0103 mai bune pentru to\u0163i cet\u0103\u0163enii\u201d. <em>PEO<\/em> a pornit de la realitatea c\u0103 relevan\u0163a form\u0103rii \u015fi corelarea cu pia\u0163a muncii este sc\u0103zut\u0103, exist\u00e2nd un deficit semnificativ de competen\u0163e \u015fi abilit\u0103\u0163i cerute \u00een pia\u0163\u0103, inclusiv \u00een domeniile STEAM (\u015etiin\u0163e, Tehnologie, Inginerie, Arte \u015fi Matematic\u0103), TIC, s\u0103n\u0103tate, educa\u0163ie \u015fi \u00een perspectiva tranzi\u0163iei la economia verde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Obiectivul general al fiec\u0103ruia dintre cele dou\u0103 proiecte const\u0103 \u00een cre\u015fterea accesibilit\u0103\u0163ii, atractivit\u0103\u0163ii \u015fi calit\u0103\u0163ii \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2ntului profesional \u015fi tehnic din cadrul Liceului Economic \u201eAlexandru Ioan Cuza\u201d- Piatra Neam\u0163, inclusiv \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u0163irea calit\u0103\u0163ii sistemului de educa\u0163ie \u015fi formare, prin dezvoltarea unui sistem integrat de dob\u00e2ndire a competen\u0163elor cheie, inclusiv competen\u0163e de antreprenoriat \u015fi digitale \u015fi a abilit\u0103\u0163ilor profesionale practice pentru 252 elevi ce provin din \u00cePT, \u015fi certificarea a cel pu\u0163in 230 elevi prin participarea acestora la programe eficiente de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163are la locul de munc\u0103 \u015fi facilitarea \u015fi dinamizarea tranzi\u0163iei de la \u015fcoal\u0103 la cariera profesional\u0103, printr-un sistem coordonat de stagii de preg\u0103tire practic\u0103<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignright size-full is-resized\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.slineamt.ro\/apostolul\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/14-ap275-foto2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"529\" height=\"356\" src=\"http:\/\/www.slineamt.ro\/apostolul\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/14-ap275-foto2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-26116\" style=\"width:439px;height:auto\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.slineamt.ro\/apostolul\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/14-ap275-foto2.jpg 529w, http:\/\/www.slineamt.ro\/apostolul\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/14-ap275-foto2-300x202.jpg 300w, http:\/\/www.slineamt.ro\/apostolul\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/14-ap275-foto2-260x175.jpg 260w, http:\/\/www.slineamt.ro\/apostolul\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/14-ap275-foto2-160x108.jpg 160w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 529px) 100vw, 529px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>\u00cen ceea ce prive\u015fte activit\u0103\u0163ile proiectului, ac\u0163iunea tematic\u0103 de baz\u0103 vizeaz\u0103 programe de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163are la locul de munc\u0103, adic\u0103 organizarea stagiilor de practic\u0103 pentru 252 elevi, din care minim 230 vor trebui s\u0103 fie certifica\u0163i. Tot \u00een folosul elevilor, pentru desf\u0103\u015furarea optim\u0103 a programelor de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163are la locul de practic\u0103, se vor face achizi\u0163ii consistente, conform reglement\u0103rilor legale \u00een vigoare:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 servicii de consultan\u0163\u0103 \u015fi expertiz\u0103 \u00een vederea cre\u0103rii unui sistem de informare coordonat\u0103 \u00een ambele sensuri;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 materii prime \u015fi materiale didactice necesare desf\u0103\u015fur\u0103rii stagiilor de practic\u0103 pentru elevi;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 materii prime \u015fi materiale consumabile de papet\u0103rie utilizate pentru activit\u0103\u0163ile relevante, instruire practic\u0103 inclusiv stagiile de practic\u0103, dezvoltarea sistemului de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163are la locul de munc\u0103;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 hran\u0103 pentru perioada stagiului de practic\u0103;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 echipamente tehnologice \u015fi func\u0163ionale de tip FEDR (Fondul European de Dezvoltare Regional\u0103) necesare pentru dotarea unui laborator tehnologic din cadrul liceului dar \u015fi pentru asigurarea implementarii activit\u0103\u0163ilor din cadrul proiectului (14 laptopuri).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alt domeniu care merit\u0103 consemnat este cel de management: procesul de selec\u0163ie al echipei de implementare, elaborarea procedurilor interne aferente implement\u0103rii, monitorizarea acesteia \u015fi urm\u0103rirea \u00eendeplinirii obiectivelor, protec\u0163ia datelor personale etc. \u00cen plus, de-a lungul celor doi ani de implementare sunt planificate s\u0103 se mai desf\u0103\u015foare urm\u0103toarele procese:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 informare \u015fi publicitate;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 realizarea campaniei de informare \u015fi con\u015ftientizare a elevilor cu privire la stagiile de practic\u0103, recrutarea \u015fi selec\u0163ia a 252 elevi din \u00cePT;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 men\u0163inerea proactiv\u0103 a elevilor din grupul \u0163int\u0103 \u00een proiect;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 planificarea programelor de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163are la locul de munc\u0103 \u00een conformitate cu Legea 258\/2007, asigurarea mediului adecvat de desf\u0103\u015furare a stagiilor de practic\u0103, inclusiv elaborarea necesarului de echipamente \u015fi materiale consumabile;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 desf\u0103\u015furarea stagiilor de practic\u0103 prin activit\u0103\u0163i inovative, inclusiv elaborarea metodologiei de organizare a programelor de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163are la locul de munc\u0103;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 organizarea \u015fi desf\u0103\u015furarea examenelor de certificare a calific\u0103rilor profesionale \u015fi acordarea indemniza\u0163iilor de participare la instruirea practic\u0103, inclusiv a unor concursuri profesionale \u00een vederea acord\u0103rii a 20 premii pentru participan\u0163ii la stagiile de practic\u0103;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 \u00eencheierea de parteneriate\/conven\u0163ii sustenabile \u00eentre unitatea de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt \u015fi partenerii de practic\u0103 \u015fi \u00eencurajarea implic\u0103rii agen\u0163ilor economici \u00een programe de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163are la locul de munc\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aceste proiecte de anvergur\u0103 la care se adaug\u0103 cele dou\u0103 acredit\u0103ri Erasmus+ (pe domeniile Educa\u0163ie \u015ecolar\u0103 \u2013 SCH \u015fi Educa\u0163ie \u015fi Formare profesional\u0103 \u2013 VET), \u00eempreun\u0103 cu toate eforturile profesionale depuse de colectivul de cadre didactice de la Liceul Economic \u201eAlexandru Ioan Cuza\u201d vor aduce, desigur, o schimbare de viziune \u00een actul educa\u0163ional, care trebuie g\u00e2ndit \u00een concordan\u0163\u0103 cu via\u0163a social\u0103 \u015fi economic\u0103, deoarece concepte precum \u201ecentrarea pe competen\u0163e\u201d, \u201easigurarea calit\u0103\u0163ii \u00een educa\u0163ie\u201d, \u201eeduca\u0163ie antreprenorial\u0103\u201d, \u201eeduca\u0163ie financiar\u0103\u201d, \u201eeduca\u0163ie centrat\u0103 pe elev\u201d, \u201eeduca\u0163ie pentru viitor\u201d trebuie s\u0103 fie din ce \u00een ce
