Primul a condus \u00eentregul traseu, plus partea sudic\u0103 a drumului B\u00e2lea Lac \u2013 Vidraru, iar cel\u0103lalt, partea nordic\u0103 B\u00e2lea \u2013 C\u00e2r\u0163i\u015foara. Pe parcurs, \u201eF\u0103g\u0103r\u0103\u015fanul\u201d trece printru-un tunel de peste 800 m, realizat de o societate de profil, din Bra\u015fov.<\/p>\n<p>Unit\u0103\u0163ile militare apar\u0163ineau ora\u015felor: Alba-Iulia \u015fi R\u00e2mnicul-V\u00e2lcea, totaliz\u00e2nd un num\u0103r de \u015fase mii de speciali\u015fti \u00een geniu, ce au fost remunera\u0163i, \u00een acei ani, la grupa \u201emunc\u0103 grea\u201d. Precum la \u201eMe\u015fterul Manole\u201d, au fost \u015fi jertfe: la militari, \u015fase iar la iar la tunel, treizeci, cei mai mul\u0163i fiind surprin\u015fi de avalan\u015fe montane.<\/p>\n<p>Drumeagul nostru transmontan a fost f\u0103urit \u00eentr-un interval de patru ani (1971-1974),fiind dat \u00een folosin\u0163\u0103 cu patru decenii \u00een urm\u0103. M\u0103soar\u0103 o lungime de 97 km, \u00eensum\u00e2nd \u00een el 4.000.000 m3 de terasament \u015fi 300.000 m3 de zid\u0103rie anti-avalan\u015f\u0103. Pe parcurs, num\u0103r\u0103 27 de viaducte \u015fi 830 lucr\u0103ri de art\u0103 Cu totul, a costat 354.000.000 lei, sco\u015fi, cum era pe atunci din bugetul statului.<\/p>\n<p>Dup\u0103 Trans-Silvania \u2013 \u0163ara de dincolo de p\u0103duri, acum Tans-F\u0103g\u0103r\u0103\u015fan \u2013 drumul de peste mun\u0163i. Un F\u0103g\u0103ra\u015f compus din doi \u201ea\u201d- sui\u015ful \u015fi cobor\u00e2\u015ful \u2013 \u015fi un \u201ea\u201d- piscul drumului, ajuns la Lacul B\u00e2lea. Chiar \u015fi numele comandantului uria\u015fului \u015fantier, ascunde \u00een el simboluri elocvente \u2013 Munteanu \u015fi Soare. Un \u201eTrans\u201d ca o replic\u0103 la acel \u201eHai s\u0103 d\u0103m m\u00e2n\u0103 cu m\u00e2n\u0103\u201d. O \u201eCurb\u0103 a lui Gauss\u201d, la dimensiuni de Monument Planetar. \u015ei, de ce nu, una din Minunile Lumii, al\u0103turi de multele altele, de la Piramide \u015fi Assuan, la Turnul Eiffel, sau acel \u201eZg\u00e2rie cer\u201d din Dubai.<\/p>\n<p>Duce mai departe, parc\u0103 Podul antic al lui Apolodor, \u201eAlhambra\u201d de la Curtea de Arge\u015f, \u201eSixtina de la Vorone\u0163\u201d, \u201eColumna dacic\u0103\u201d a lui Br\u00e2ncu\u015fi \u015fi cele dou\u0103 \u201epref\u0103g\u0103r\u0103\u015fene\u201d,acele drumuri montane, construite voluntar de c\u0103tre tineretul postbelic: Agnita \u2013 Botorca \u015fi Salva-Vi\u015feu. Mai amintesc un fapt care ad\u00e2nce\u015fte metafora noastr\u0103 c\u0103 \u201eF\u0103g\u0103r\u0103\u015fanul\u201d e \u00eenrudit cu Cetatea mu\u015fatin\u0103 a Romanului, acela c\u0103 inginerul de l\u00e2ng\u0103 noi, Mihai \u015etirbu, a parcurs, nu de mult, cei aproape 100 km, \u00een urcu\u015f \u015fi cobor\u00e2\u015f montan, \u00een aer liber, c\u00e2nd cu o biciclet\u0103, c\u00e2nd pe jos, acest drumeag de piatr\u0103, \u201erod\u201d al unei armii care a \u015ftiut s\u0103 spun\u0103 \u015fi \u201epe aici nu se trece\u201d\u015fi \u201epe aici se tot trece\u201d. Iar cei ce trec, r\u0103m\u00e2n uimi\u0163i.<\/p>\n<p>E cel mai frumos drum din lume, cel mai spectaculos traseu \u2013 o spune site-ul german Cars-route. Prea cunoscutul The Guardian, sus\u0163inea recent c\u0103 e cel mai fascinant traseu rutier din Europa; treci pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 lacuri \u015fi cascade, apoi urmeaz\u0103 cea mai frumoas\u0103 parte, cobor\u00e2rea pe \u015foseaua \u015ferpuit\u0103, cu mai multe curbe, dec\u00e2t ar p\u0103rea c\u0103 e posibil. Iar \u00een Rider\u0315 s Digest din 2013, se mai afirm\u0103 c\u0103, cele trei drumuri incredibile din lume, sunt: Zidul Chinezesc ca fortifica\u0163ie, Transf\u0103g\u0103r\u0103\u015fanul din Rom\u00e2nia ca frumuse\u0163e \u015fi Drumul mor\u0163ii din Bolivia, ca inutilitate, toate trei de mari dimensiuni.<\/p>\n<p>S\u0103-mi fie iertat\u0103 raportarea continu\u0103 a transalpinului F\u0103g\u0103ra\u015f, la urbea noastr\u0103. Departe de mine vreo eventual\u0103 inten\u0163ie de a-l numi \u201eTrans-roma\u015fcanul\u201d, de\u015fi l-au s\u0103pat \u00een piatr\u0103, doi coordonatori mu\u015fatini. Aceast\u0103 minune a planetei apar\u0163ine unui popor \u015fi unei geografii, numit\u0103 Rom\u00e2nia. La fel ca \u015fi Carpa\u0163ii ei. Un Drum, nu al \u201eM\u0103t\u0103sii\u201d, ci al m\u0103re\u0163iei Naturii, care, pornit de la scrierea unui alt roma\u015fcan, Calistrat Hoga\u015f \u2013 \u201ePe drumuri de munte\u201d \u2013 a ajuns \u00een a fi ast\u0103zi \u201eUn drum peste Munte\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Prof. Gheorghe A.
