A\u015f\nputea spune c\u0103 traiectoria profesional\u0103 a fost marcat\u0103 de faptul c\u0103 sunt\nabsolvent\u0103 a unui liceu pedagogic, mai precis Liceul Pedagogic din Constan\u0163a,\n\u00een prezent Colegiul Na\u0163ional Pedagogic \u201eConstantin Br\u0103tescu\u201d, care mi-a oferit\nmodele demne de urmat \u015fi o solid\u0103 preg\u0103tire psiho-pedagogic\u0103. \u00cen anul 1987 am\nabsolvit Facultatea de Filosofie-Istorie din cadrul Universit\u0103\u0163ii \u201eAl. Ioan\nCuza\u201d din Ia\u015fi, f\u0103c\u00e2nd parte din genera\u0163ia acelor studen\u0163i care \u00een februarie\n1987 au ie\u015fit \u00een strad\u0103 manifest\u00e2nd \u00eempotriva regimului; atunci, cu prilejul\nrevoltei studen\u0163e\u015fti, s-a strigat pe str\u0103zile Ia\u015fului \u201eVrem lumin\u0103 s\u0103-nv\u0103\u0163\u0103m \u015fi\nap\u0103 s\u0103 ne sp\u0103l\u0103m\u201d. Am primit reparti\u0163ia la Liceul \u201eGheorghe Asachi\u201d \u00eencep\u00e2nd cu\n1 septembrie 1987, pe atunci liceu cu profil agroindustrial. Intui\u0163ia \u00eemi\nspunea c\u0103 acest liceu o s\u0103 sufere o transformare, pentru c\u0103 \u015ftiam c\u0103 fusese\nanterior liceu pedagogic. Din 1990 se va re\u00eenfiin\u0163a Liceul Pedagogic, dar sub\nnumele de \u015ecoala Normal\u0103 \u201eGheorghe Asachi\u201d, apoi din 2010, Colegiul Na\u0163ional \u201eGheorghe\nAsachi\u201d. A\u015fadar, celor \u015fase ani ca \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103toare, le pot ad\u0103uga \u00eenc\u0103 32 de ani ca\nprofesor la aceea\u015fi \u015fcoal\u0103, de care m\u0103 simt profund ata\u015fat\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u2013 Care a fost spiritul managerial pe care a\u0163i vrut s\u0103-l\ntransmite\u0163i \u00een perioada c\u00e2nd a\u0163i fost director la Colegiul Na\u0163ional \u201eGheorghe\nAsachi\u201d?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Am fost o\nperioad\u0103 director adjunct, mai precis 10 ani, \u015fi un an director plin. \u00cen tot\nacest timp am fost preocupat\u0103 de formarea unei culturi organiza\u0163ionale care s\u0103\naib\u0103 \u00een centru \u201espiri\u00adtul normalist\u201d bazat pe d\u0103ruire, respect fa\u0163\u0103 de \u015fcoal\u0103,\ndragoste fa\u0163\u0103 de elevi, entuziasm, seriozitate, abnega\u0163ie, dar \u015fi spirit\ndeschis, novator, jovial. M\u0103 bucur c\u0103 \u015fi \u00een prezent \u015fcoala noastr\u0103 p\u0103streaz\u0103 o\ndeviz\u0103 impus\u0103 \u00een acei ani: \u201eEduc\u0103m \u0163intind spre Bine, Adev\u0103r \u015fi Frumos\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u2013 Olimpiadele \u015fi concursurile \u015fcolare sunt o permanen\u0163\u0103\n\u00een preocup\u0103rile Dvs. Men\u0163iona\u0163i c\u00e2teva din cele mai recente performan\u0163e ob\u0163inute\ncu elevii pe aceast\u0103 platform\u0103.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Mereu\nmi-am \u00eendemnat elevii s\u0103 participe la concursuri \u015fcolare, pentru c\u0103 acestea\ncultiv\u0103 nu doar spiritul de competi\u0163ie, ci \u015fi interesele de cunoa\u015ftere, stima\nde sine, sentimentul bucuriei \u015fi al reu\u015fitei. Dac\u0103 m\u0103 raportez la ultimul an \u015fcolar,\n2017-2018, trebuie s\u0103 amin\u00adtesc numele unor discipoli pe care \u00eei pre\u0163uiesc\nfoarte mult \u015fi care au ob\u0163inut c\u00e2teva rezultate meritorii:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Dobreanu\nSorana \u2013 clasa XII E, premiul I la Olimpiada de Istorie, faza jude\u0163ean\u0103,\ncalificat\u0103 la faza na\u0163ional\u0103; men\u0163iuni ob\u0163inute la faza jude\u0163ean\u0103 a Olimpiadei\nde Istorie, martie 2018: Ciofl\u00e2nc Denisa (IX C), Haure\u015f Robert (IX E), Poloboc \u015etefan\n(XII E), Antohi Larisa (XII C).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Poloboc \u015etefan\n\u2013 Premiul II la Sesiunea de referate \u015fi comunic\u0103ri ale elevilor (mai 2018),\nfaza jude\u0163ean\u0103, cu lucrarea \u201eMarea Unire \u015fi recunoa\u015fterea sa interna\u0163ional\u0103\u201d; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.slineamt.ro\/apostolul\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/03-ap221-foto2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-16633\" width=\"403\" height=\"268\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.slineamt.ro\/apostolul\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/03-ap221-foto2.jpg 532w, https:\/\/www.slineamt.ro\/apostolul\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/03-ap221-foto2-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.slineamt.ro\/apostolul\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/03-ap221-foto2-260x173.jpg 260w, https:\/\/www.slineamt.ro\/apostolul\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/03-ap221-foto2-160x106.jpg 160w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 403px) 100vw, 403px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Avram\nTeodora, clasa XII E \u2013 laureat\u0103 a concursului na\u0163ional \u201eCe a \u00eensemnat\ncomunismul \u00een istoria Rom\u00e2niei\u201d, organizat de IICCMER (iunie 2018).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Gogu\u0163\u0103\nElena, clasa XII E \u2013 a ob\u0163inut men\u0163iune la sec\u0163iunea eseu la ArtHistoryFest\n(edi\u0163ia I), activitate dedicat\u0103 Centenarului Rom\u00e2niei Mari.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u2013 Sunte\u0163i \u015fi o veche colaboratoare a revistei \u201eApostolul\u201d.\n\u00cen num\u0103rul din aprilie 2003 a\u0163i publicat un interesant articol denumit \u201eOlimpismul\nca stare de spirit\u201d. Ce a\u0163i vrut s\u0103 comunica\u0163i prin aceast\u0103 sintagm\u0103?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 \u00cemi aduc\naminte de acest articol scris din dorin\u0163a de a ar\u0103ta c\u0103 olimpiadele \u015fcolare\ncare pun \u00een mi\u015fcare politici educa\u0163ionale, elevi, profesori, \u015fcoli, o serie de\nmotiva\u0163ii, trebuie guvernate de o corectitudine maxim\u0103 \u00een formularea\nsubiectelor, de obiectivitate \u00een evaluarea lucr\u0103rilor, de dorin\u0163a de a valoriza\nelevii cu poten\u0163ial creator. Olimpiada este a elevilor \u00een primul r\u00e2nd, prilej\nde afirmare a celor pasiona\u0163i de un domeniu, nu o confruntare \u00eentre \u015fcoli \u015fi\nprofesori. Olimpismul, ca \u015fi \u00een Atena lui Pericle (sec. V \u00ce.Hr.), este\ngenerator de valori: libertate, corectitudine, loialitate, prietenie, cunoa\u015ftere,\nonestitate, \u00eencredere. A\u015f putea spune c\u0103 \u201eolimpismul\u201d \u00een\u0163eles \u00een aceast\u0103\nmanier\u0103 poate fi o prezen\u0163\u0103 constant\u0103 \u00een clas\u0103 chiar \u015fi \u00een secolul XXI. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u2013 Proiectele europene au fost mereu \u00een aten\u0163ia Dvs. Cu ce\nexperien\u0163e pozitive v-a\u0163i \u00eembog\u0103\u0163it \u00een urma acestora, at\u00e2t Dvs. personal c\u00e2t \u015fi\nelevii? <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Am\nparticipat la dou\u0103 proiecte Comenius: \u201eScience, culture and economics. Together\ncan they ensure Europe\u2019s land and resources are managed effectively?\u201d\n(2012-2014) \u2013 proiect multilateral Rom\u00e2nia, Bulgaria, Germania, Cehia, Fran\u0163a \u015fi\n\u201eA Teenager\u2019s Journal in 21st Century Europe\u201d, proiect bilateral Rom\u00e2nia-Turcia\n(2012-2014). Ambele proiecte ne-au oferit, mie dar \u015fi elevilor \u015fi colegilor\nmei, schimburi de idei, transfer de practice creative \u00een domeniul educa\u0163iei,\noportunit\u0103\u0163i de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163are, exersarea unei limbi str\u0103ine \u00een context real, cum s\u0103\nfim mai toleran\u0163i, mai empatici, s\u0103 \u00een\u0163elegem mai bine istoria, cultura unei \u0163\u0103ri,\ns\u0103 protej\u0103m natura. La mobilitatea desf\u0103\u015furat\u0103 la Liceul \u201eMustafa Dogan Anadolu\u201d\ndin Erzincan \u00een 2014 am \u00eenv\u0103\u0163at c\u00e2t de important\u0103 este dezvoltarea abilit\u0103\u0163ilor\nde comunicare \u00een diferite contexte, inclusiv prin redactarea unui jurnal, iar\nla mobilitatea desf\u0103\u015furat\u0103 la Gimnaziul din Zdar na Sazavou din Cehia am \u00eenv\u0103\u0163at\nal\u0103turi de ceilal\u0163i participan\u0163i c\u0103 trebuie s\u0103 fim mai prieteno\u015fi cu natura. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u2013 \u201eEduca\u0163ie pentru g\u00e2ndire creatoare\u201d \u015fi \u201e\u00cenv\u0103\u0163area\ncreativ\u0103\u201d \u2013 sunt doar dou\u0103 dintre nenum\u0103ratele cursuri de perfec\u0163ionare la care\na\u0163i participat de-a lungul carierei. Care sunt achizi\u0163iile pe care le-a\u0163i\ndob\u00e2ndit \u00een urma acestora \u015fi cum le-a\u0163i aplicat la catedr\u0103?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Formarea\nmea ini\u0163ial\u0103 s-a f\u0103cut \u00eentr-o perioad\u0103 \u00een care accentul era pus pe metodele\ntradi\u0163ionale, pe rolul profesorului care \u201epred\u0103\u201d. Participarea la cursurile men\u0163ionate\nanterior a pornit din nevoia fireasc\u0103 de a reconsidera rela\u0163ia profesor-elev,\n\u00eentr-o lume aflat\u0103 \u00eentr-o continu\u0103 schimbare, sub semnul globaliz\u0103rii \u015fi\ntehnologiz\u0103rii. Un r\u0103spuns la acest nou context l-am primit prin participarea\nla aceste cursuri: profesorul-mentor \u00eel pune pe elev s\u0103 descopere, s\u0103\nimagineze, s\u0103 \u00eenve\u0163e prin efort propriu, s\u0103 ini\u0163ieze chiar el situa\u0163ii de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163are.\nAm constatat c\u0103 elevilor mei le place s\u0103 creeze \u201esitua\u0163ii-problem\u0103\u201d pe care le\nrezolv\u0103m \u00een echip\u0103, c\u0103 sunt mai curio\u015fi, c\u0103 au mai mult\u0103 ini\u0163iativ\u0103, c\u0103\nmanifest\u0103 deschidere fa\u0163\u0103 de nou, c\u0103 doresc s\u0103 \u00eenve\u0163e nu numai \u00een context\nformal, ci \u015fi \u00een context in \u015fi nonformal. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u2013 Ce rol considera\u0163i c\u0103 joac\u0103 disciplina \u201eIstorie\u201d \u00een formarea\numan\u0103 a elevului?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Sunt ferm\nconvins\u0103 c\u0103 Istoria, socotit\u0103 \u201emagistra vitae\u201d are un rol fundamental \u00een\nconstruirea personalit\u0103\u0163ii elevilor. La urma urmei, noi to\u0163i suntem produse ale\nIstoriei, \u00een diferite epoci, \u015fi nu putem \u00een\u0163elege prezentul pe care \u00eel tr\u0103im,\nnu putem intui viitorul f\u0103r\u0103 o profund\u0103 cunoa\u015ftere a trecutului, adic\u0103 f\u0103r\u0103\nstudiul Istoriei. Istoria, cea mai frumoas\u0103 poveste care se poate spune despre\ndiferite perioade, epoci, personalit\u0103\u0163i, evenimente, este cea care \u00eei ajut\u0103 pe\nelevi s\u0103 \u00eei \u00een\u0163eleag\u0103 mai bine pe al\u0163ii, le cultiv\u0103 sentimentul identit\u0103\u0163ii,\nvalori precum libertatea, adev\u0103rul, toleran\u0163a, patriotismul. Toate aceste\nvalori, cultivate prin studiul Istoriei, \u00een contextul s\u0103rb\u0103toririi unui secol\nde la \u00eenf\u0103ptuirea Rom\u00e2niei Mari, \u00eei pot ajuta pe elevi s\u0103 \u00een\u0163eleag\u0103 nu numai\ncine am fost \u015fi cine suntem ca rom\u00e2ni, ci \u015fi ceea ce putem deveni, ca parte a\nistoriei europene sau universale. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u2013 Este un lucru clar observat c\u0103 \u00een ultima perioad\u0103\nmotiva\u0163ia \u015fcolar\u0103 a elevilor a sc\u0103zut foarte mult. Pute\u0163i s\u0103 ne oferi\u0163i c\u00e2teva\nopinii despre cauzele acestui neajuns?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Consider\nc\u0103 motiva\u0163ia este cheia succesului \u00een \u00eenv\u0103\u0163are, este responsabil\u0103 de pozi\u0163ia\nactiv\u0103 a elevului \u00een \u00eenv\u0103\u0163are. Este o realitate a \u015fcolii rom\u00e2ne\u015fti c\u0103 ne\nconfrunt\u0103m cu o sc\u0103dere a motiva\u0163iei \u015fcolare. Factorii care au contribuit la\nacest lucru sunt mai mul\u0163i: unii \u0163in chiar de sistemul de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt actual,\ncare trebuie reconsiderat din punct de vedere al con\u0163inuturilor, strategiilor\nde pre\u00addare \u2013 \u00eenv\u0103\u0163are, al evalu\u0103rii. Al\u0163i factori \u0163in de familie, de\nati\u00adtudinea unor p\u0103rin\u0163i care nu mai sunt convin\u015fi de \u00een\u0163elepciunea proverbului\n\u201eCine \u015ftie carte, are patru ochi\u201d \u015fi las\u0103 doar pe seama \u015fcolii motivarea\ncopilului pentru activitatea de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163are. \u00cen sf\u00e2r\u015fit, pot fi \u015fi factori care \u0163in\nchiar de elev, de o autocunoa\u015ftere limitat\u0103, de lipsa de \u00eencredere \u00een resursele\nsale.
