F\u0103r\u0103 \u00eendoial\u0103, un start bun, consistent, calitativ, motivator \u00een formarea ini\u0163ial\u0103 a celor care aleg s\u0103 devin\u0103 profesori, este esen\u0163ial. E\u015fecul sistemului de educa\u0163ie este pus, de cele mai multe ori, pe bun\u0103 dreptate, pe seama modului defectuos \u00een care se deruleaz\u0103 acest proces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aceste semnale vin \u00een primul r\u00e2nd din partea profesorilor mentori sau a celor direct implica\u0163i \u00een preg\u0103tirea profesional\u0103 a viitoarelor cadre didactice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dar oare r\u0103spunderea pentru a fi un bun profesor se limiteaz\u0103 doar la aceast\u0103 etap\u0103 de profesionalizare? \u00cemi pun deseori aceast\u0103 \u00eentrebare, \u00eencerc\u00e2nd s\u0103 \u00een\u0163eleg c\u0103 nu e suficient s\u0103 g\u0103sim vini, ci modalit\u0103\u0163i care s\u0103 sprijine procesul de dezvoltare profesional\u0103 a unui t\u00e2n\u0103r care opteaz\u0103 pentru cariera didactic\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nu, nu e suficient s\u0103 parcurgi o etap\u0103 necesar\u0103 \u00een formarea ta ca profesor, e nevoie de mult mai mult. De ce nu a func\u0163ionat metoda aceasta?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Iat\u0103 doar c\u00e2teva \u00eentreb\u0103ri care ar putea s\u0103 devin\u0103 reflexe fire\u015fti \u00een comportamentul nostru zilnic de la catedr\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Capacitatea de reflec\u0163ie nu se dob\u00e2nde\u015fte doar \u00een cursuri de formare sau examene, ci \u015fi \u00een experien\u0163ele tr\u0103ite \u00een sala de clas\u0103, din observa\u0163iile \u015fi datele empirice pe care le culegem, urm\u0103rind modul \u00een care \u00eenva\u0163\u0103 elevii no\u015ftri \u015fi c\u0103ile prin care ajung la rezultatele academice \u015fi abilit\u0103\u0163ile de rela\u0163ionare dorite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u0103 ne oprim din c\u00e2nd \u00een c\u00e2nd din ritmul alert pe care ni-l impun \u015fcoala \u015fi societatea \u015fi s\u0103 ne ches\u00adtion\u0103m con\u015ftiin\u0163a profesional\u0103 \u00een modul cel mai critic \u015fi mai responsabil cu putin\u0163\u0103: \u00cemi pas\u0103 cu adev\u0103rat?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u0103 nu \u00eencet\u0103m a \u00eenv\u0103\u0163a. S\u0103 r\u0103m\u00e2nem deschi\u015fi c\u0103tre drumuri poate mai pu\u0163in b\u0103t\u0103torite, s\u0103 citim mai mult literatur\u0103 de specialitate, s\u0103 ne preocup\u0103m mai mult de calitatea \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103rii \u015fi a rela\u0163iilor din grupul de elevi, s\u0103 punem sub lup\u0103 reu\u015fitele \u015fi e\u015fecurile, s\u0103 continu\u0103m \u00een a ne pune \u00eentreb\u0103ri, s\u0103 pred\u0103m cu pasiune. S\u0103 aducem entuziasm acolo unde frustrarea \u015fi neajunsurile genereaz\u0103 neputin\u0163\u0103 \u015fi del\u0103sare profesional\u0103, s\u0103 ne dorim mai mult de la noi. S\u0103 ne \u00eendoim de noi pentru a deveni \u00een fiecare zi mai buni dec\u00e2t ieri. \u00cen lini\u015ftea s\u0103lilor noastre de clas\u0103, c\u00e2nd lec\u0163iile s-au terminat, s\u0103 reflect\u0103m la propriile impresii, emo\u0163ii \u015fi g\u00e2nduri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Iat\u0103 de ce e o r\u0103spundere individual\u0103 s\u0103 devenim profesori reflexivi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(<strong>N.
