Pu\u0163ini sunt \u00eens\u0103 cei care pot urca p\u00e2n\u0103 la \u00een\u0103l\u0163imea sufletului lor. <\/em>(<strong>Rene Descartes<\/strong>)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen ce m\u0103sur\u0103 dasc\u0103lii din genera\u0163ia 1957 au reu\u015fit s\u0103 se apropie de sufletul elevilor \u015fi s\u0103 le inoculeze interesul pentru \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103tur\u0103, r\u0103m\u00e2ne s\u0103 constat\u0103m din experien\u0163a lor la catedr\u0103 \u015fi nu numai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O succint\u0103 prezentare din punct de vedere profesional \u015fi extraprofesional a promo\u0163iei `57 a realizat-o prof. La data semicentenarului eram \u00een via\u0163\u0103 58.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u25cf 60 au func\u0163ionat \u00een \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2ntul general \u015fi liceal, ca profesori, mul\u0163i \u015fi ca directori.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u25cf 5 au activat \u00een \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2ntul superior ca asisten\u0163i, lectori, conferen\u0163iari.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u25cf Al\u0163ii au fost inspectori de specialitate; 2 au fost inspectori generali.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u25cf O alt\u0103 categorie a coordonat munca de secretariat din institu\u0163ii de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt superior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u25cf 2 au fost directori ai Teatrului Na\u0163ional din Ia\u015fi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u25cf O parte a lucrat \u00een domeniul presei, au publicat sau au editat reviste \u015fi ziare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u25cf Unii au fost fondatori \u015fi directori de muzee sau muzeografi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u25cf C\u00e2\u0163iva au fost directori sau redactori ai Radioului Ia\u015fi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u25cf O coleg\u0103 a fost pre\u015fedinte de comitet jude\u0163ean de cultur\u0103 \u015fi art\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u25cf Un grup de colegi a lucrat \u00een biblioteci universitare \u015fi publice ca directori sau ca bibliotecari.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>* * *<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cred c\u0103 cel mai bine a sintetizat preocup\u0103rile \u015fi condi\u0163iile cadrelor didactice, de pe la \u00eenceputul profesiei tot <strong>Rodica Radu R\u0103\u015fcanu<\/strong>, care relateaz\u0103 c\u0103 \u015fi-a \u00eenceput cariera la Liceul Teoretic Murgeni (jud. Vaslui) cu sec\u0163iile real\u0103 \u015fi uman\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eEram singura profesoar\u0103 de limba \u015fi literatura rom\u00e2n\u0103 cu o facultate de 4 ani \u00een tot raionul. Fiind\u00adc\u0103 absolvisem \u015fi o \u015fcoal\u0103 pedagogic\u0103, conduceam \u015fi cercul \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103torilor \u015fi profesorilor de limba rom\u00e2n\u0103 pe raion, realizam un curs de calificare a profesorilor de limba rom\u00e2n\u0103 suplinitori, eram \u00een colectivul de inspectori metodi\u015fti extrabugetari.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La clas\u0103 primeam copii din satele raionului cu mari lacune \u00een preg\u0103tire, \u00een exprimarea oral\u0103 \u015fi scris\u0103, \u015fi de accea, ca s\u0103-i aducem la nivelul cerut, realizam ore suplimentare de medita\u0163ie, nepl\u0103tite, \u00een fiecare diminea\u0163\u0103, de la 7 la 8, ori la sf\u00e2r\u015fitul orelor, de la 13 la 14; am preluat \u015fi munca la biblioteca \u015fcolii, conduceam comisia metodic\u0103 a profesorilor de \u015ftiin\u0163e umaniste \u015fi sociale, realizam serb\u0103ri trimestriale \u2013 preg\u0103team coruri pe 2 voci, dansuri, piese de teatru; aveam parc\u0103 for\u0163\u0103 magnetic\u0103 \u2013 elevii m\u0103 secondau, m\u0103 ascultau, erau respectuo\u015fi \u015fi acest aspect m\u0103 determina s\u0103 nu simt oboseala niciodat\u0103, intram \u00een \u015fcoal\u0103 la 7 diminea\u0163a, ie\u015feam la 14, reveneam la 16 \u015fi z\u0103boveam p\u00e2n\u0103 la 19, zilnic st\u0103team la \u015fcoal\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 la 10 ore. De la orele 20 la 22 m\u0103 ocupam de fratele meu mai mic pe care \u00eel adusesem cu mine, Cezar, ast\u0103zi profesor de limba rom\u00e2n\u0103, \u00eel controlam la lec\u0163ii. Corectarea caietelor, tezelor, preg\u0103tirea pentru lec\u0163iile de a doua zi, le realizam de la orele 22 \u00een sus, la lumina unui petromax, c\u0103ci \u00een urbea mic\u0103 lumina electric\u0103 se \u00eentrerupea la orele 22. Efortul era mare, \u00een schimb salariul era mic, de 725 lei, c\u00e2nd un metru de stof\u0103 bun\u0103 \u2013 gabardin \u2013 pe care o r\u00e2vneam, costa 420 lei\/m \u00ab\u015fi o pereche de pantofi Guban costa 285 lei\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cenv\u0103\u0163asem c\u0103 pentru a supravie\u0163ui, trebuia s\u0103 lup\u0163i \u00een orice condi\u0163ie. Din primul meu salariu, mi-am cump\u0103rat un ceas \u201ePobeda\u201d, ca s\u0103-mi urm\u0103resc desf\u0103\u015furarea lec\u0163iilor.\u201d pg. 408.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Experien\u0163e asem\u0103n\u0103toare au tr\u0103it \u015fi al\u0163i colegi, care au predat mai multe obiecte \u015fi au desf\u0103\u015furat o bogat\u0103 activitate extra\u015fcolar\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;\u201eAm \u00eemb\u0103tr\u00e2nit \u00een Liceul Pedagogic\u201d \u00abdin Suceava\u00bb spune prof. <strong>Vasile D\u0103nil\u0103<\/strong>. Despre el scrie un alt profesor, <strong>Gh. Giurc\u0103<\/strong>: \u201eLa \u015ecoala Pedagogic\u0103, profesorul Vasile D\u0103nil\u0103 a venit la 1 sept. 1963 \u015fi aici a r\u0103mas p\u00e2n\u0103 la cap\u0103tul carierei sale didactice. Ca \u015fef al sec\u0163iei de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt, putea opta pentru un post la orice alt\u0103 \u015fcoal\u0103 din ora\u015f. Cu glas domol \u015fi vorba bine m\u00e2nuit\u0103, a reu\u015fit \u00eentotdeauna s\u0103 accesibilizeze \u015fi cele mai abstracte cuno\u015ftin\u0163e, a\u015fa \u00eenc\u00e2t lec\u0163iile sale de literatur\u0103, de gramatic\u0103, de metodic\u0103 sau literatur\u0103 pentru copii erau la fel de a\u015fteptate de c\u0103tre elevi. De\u015fi exigent cu elevii, a fost mereu de o bun\u0103tate rar \u00eent\u00e2lnit\u0103, predispus s\u0103 \u00eentind\u0103 oric\u00e2nd o m\u00e2n\u0103 de ajutor celor afla\u0163i \u00een impas. \u00cen semn de \u00eenalt\u0103 pre\u0163uire \u015fi respect, cei apropia\u0163i \u00eei spun \u201eb\u0103di\u0163\u0103\u201d, dup\u0103 frumoasa \u015fi vechea tradi\u0163ie bucovinean\u0103.\u201d pg.163<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00e2\u0163iva profesori au predat \u015fi dincolo de grani\u0163ele \u0163\u0103rii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201e\u00cen 1975, am plecat \u00een Guineea, am predat limba francez\u0103 la clasa a VIII-a. \u00cen clas\u0103 erau 100 de elevi, cu v\u00e2rste \u00eentre 14-20 de ani.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elevul promova doar dac\u0103 avea cuno\u015ftin\u0163ele necesare clasei respective. De aceea se ajungea, \u00een unele cazuri, ca elevul s\u0103 r\u0103m\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een aceea\u015fi clas\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 la o v\u00e2rst\u0103 \u00eena\u00adintat\u0103, dac\u0103 nu se preg\u0103tea cu seriozitate. Dup\u0103 cum, cei care \u00ee\u0163i apreciau \u00een mod deosebit activitatea la catedr\u0103 \u015fi \u00een \u015fcoal\u0103 erau elevii. \u00cen func\u0163ie de aprecierea lor, veneai sau nu mai veneai \u00een anul urm\u0103tor s\u0103 mai predai.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S-a bucurat de aprecierea elevilor, a p\u0103rin\u0163ilor \u015fi a inspectorilor. La \u00eencheierea contractului, pe o lucrare de control, un elev i-a scris \u00een limba francez\u0103: \u201eV\u0103 iubesc doamn\u0103 profesoar\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 la infinit \u015fi-mi pare r\u0103u c\u0103 pleca\u0163i.\u201d Mahomed Towre, zis Jose. <strong>Gertruda Costin \u0162uchel<\/strong>, din Ia\u015fi, pg. 152.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O alt\u0103 coleg\u0103 a predat \u00een Israel, dup\u0103 ce s-a stabilit acolo. \u201ePentru mine, ca profesoar\u0103 de Limba \u015fi literatura rom\u00e2n\u0103, acomodarea \u00een noua \u0163ar\u0103 nu a fost u\u015foar\u0103, cu at\u00e2t mai mult, cu c\u00e2t nu cuno\u015fteam limba ebraic\u0103, iar eu nu concepeam s\u0103-mi schimb calitatea de profesoar\u0103.\u201d A urmat c\u00e2teva cursuri, a dat examen \u015fi i s-a acordat titlul de profesor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mai scrie: \u201eAst\u0103zi dup\u0103 35 de ani de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt, din care \u00een Israel au fost 17 \u015fi al\u0163i c\u00e2\u0163iva ca pensionar\u0103, privesc \u00eenapoi cu m\u00e2ndrie, socotind c\u0103 am muncit cu folos. Nu odat\u0103 sunt recunoscut\u0103 pe strad\u0103 de fo\u015fti elevi care \u00ee\u015fi exprim\u0103 bucuria de a m\u0103 vedea \u015fi recuno\u015ftin\u0163a pentru cele \u00eenv\u0103\u0163ate de la fosta lor profesoar\u0103.\u201d <strong>Rozica Grisaru Brandea<\/strong>, Israel, pg. 322-323.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O experien\u0163\u0103 inedit\u0103 a tr\u0103it-o prof. <strong>Ana Dumitrescu Osade\u0163<\/strong> din Ia\u015fi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Scriind despre primele zile de \u015fcoal\u0103 din Liceul Militar \u201e\u015etefan cel Mare\u201d din C\u00e2mpulung Moldovenesc, jud. Suceava, face o frumoas\u0103 caracterizare a elevilor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eAm avut norocul s\u0103 g\u0103sesc ni\u015fte elevi deosebit de serio\u015fi pentru v\u00e2rsta lor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aveau un gen de maturizare \u00een modul de a ra\u0163iona problemele de via\u0163\u0103, rar \u00eent\u00e2lnit\u0103 la alte genera\u0163ii de elevi. \u00ce\u015fi cuno\u015fteau aptitudinile \u015fi direc\u0163ia \u00een care mergeau \u00een cariera de militar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prima zi de \u015fcoal\u0103 a debutat cu nea\u015fteptate emo\u0163ii. Era o or\u0103 de Limba latin\u0103. C\u00e2nd am intrat \u00een clas\u0103, \u00een loc de firescul salut am auzit un \u201edrep\u0163i\u201d inexplicabil pentru mine. Ca un corp compact \u00een uniforma bleumarin, to\u0163i elevii s-au conformat, ridic\u00e2ndu-se la marginea b\u0103ncilor, salut\u00e2nd \u00een limba latin\u0103: \u201eSalve magistra\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Era \u00een primul deceniu dup\u0103 r\u0103zboi. \u00cen biblioteci c\u0103r\u0163ile fuseser\u0103 riguros cenzurate \u015fi \u201eepurate\u201d.
