Cu to\u0163ii am aplicat diverse strategii pentru a capta aten\u0163ia acestora. C\u00e2nd profesorul \u00eencepe ora de curs \u2013 indiferent de disciplin\u0103 \u2013 el sper\u0103 s\u0103 capteze aten\u0163ia \u00eentregii clase. Dup\u0103 doar zece minute, totul se schimb\u0103. Cercet\u0103rile au dovedit c\u0103 doar at\u00e2tea minute po\u0163i avea aten\u0163ia elevilor. Dup\u0103 trecerea celor zece minute, trebuie s\u0103 munce\u015fti mult mai mult pentru a-i men\u0163ine aten\u0163i \u015fi a-i face s\u0103 \u015fi re\u0163in\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Am ales s\u0103 introduc \u00een managementul clasei c\u00e2teva dintre strategiile de Predare prin Stimularea \u00centregului Creier (Whole Brain Teaching) deoarece elevii \u00eenva\u0163\u0103 mai mult atunci c\u00e2nd se distreaz\u0103. Totu\u015fi cu to\u0163ii \u015ftim c\u0103 aceste activit\u0103\u0163i stimuleaz\u0103 doar emisfera st\u00e2ng\u0103 a creierului. Dac\u0103 toate zonele creierului sunt implicate \u00een procesul de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163are, atunci re\u0163inerea informa\u0163iei, \u00een\u0163elegerea \u015fi performan\u0163ele ulterioare sunt mult \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u0163ite.<\/p>\n<p>WBT nu este o abordare nou\u0103. Mul\u0163i profesori americani o folosesc de mai bine de zece ani. Se compune dintr-un set de reguli \u015fi strategii de management al clasei destinate s\u0103 stimuleze creierul \u00een \u00eentregime \u015fi s\u0103 implice mult mai mult pe elevi.<\/p>\n<p>WBT pune accent pe \u00eenv\u0103\u0163area activ\u0103, \u00een care elevul face cone\u00adxiuni care cupleaz\u0103 ambele emisfere, este o abordare amuzant\u0103 \u015fi \u00eei antreneaz\u0103 in activitate \u015fi pe elevii care sfideaz\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Elevii sunt \u00eencuraja\u0163i s\u0103 vizualizeze, s\u0103 deseneze, s\u0103 apeleze la dram\u0103 pe m\u0103sur\u0103 ce dezvolt\u0103 idei noi, pentru a le putea re\u0163ine mai u\u015for. Elevii trebuie s\u0103 spun\u0103 \u00een acela\u015fi mod \u00een care am spus eu: dac\u0103 spun cu voce tare, ei trebuie s\u0103 r\u0103spund\u0103 cu voce tare, dac\u0103 \u015foptesc, ei r\u0103spund \u00een \u015foapt\u0103. Profesorul spune: \u201eoglind\u0103\u201d \u015fi elevii r\u0103spund \u201eoglind\u0103\u201d, apoi ridic\u0103 m\u00e2inile gata s\u0103-i imite gesturile .<\/p>\n<p>Elevilor mei le place tehnica \u201eoglind\u0103\u201d pentru c\u0103 este amuzant\u0103. C\u00e2nd spunem o poezie \u00eempreun\u0103 ei \u00eencearc\u0103 s\u0103-mi imite mi\u015fc\u0103rile \u015fi s\u0103 recite \u00een acela\u015fi timp. Am observat c\u0103 o \u00eenva\u0163\u0103 mai repede.<\/p>\n<p>Folosesc de obicei tehnica \u201eoglind\u0103\u201d atunci c\u00e2nd spun o poveste, c\u00e2nd \u00eei \u00eenv\u0103\u0163 o poezie, c\u00e2nd predau cuvinte noi sau atunci c\u00e2nd m\u0103 joc cu elevii. \u00cemi potrivesc mi\u015fc\u0103rile la exact ceea ce spun.<\/p>\n<p>Pe m\u0103sur\u0103 ce elevii imit\u0103 mi\u015fc\u0103rile profesorului, cortexul motor al acestora, zon\u0103 a creierului care r\u0103spunde de memoria de durat\u0103, este cuplat automat.<\/p>\n<p>Recitarea poeziilor la \u00eenceputul unei lec\u0163ii \u00eei ajut\u0103 pe elevi s\u0103-\u015fi comute mintea pe limba englez\u0103 \u015fi are scopul de a \u00eenl\u0103tura stresul.<\/p>\n<p>Activit\u0103\u0163i ale creierului implicate: v\u0103zul (cortexul motor), vorbirea (zona Boca), auzul (cortexul auditiv) \u015fi execu\u0163ia (cortexul motor).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>*\u201ePred\u0103!\u201d \u2013\u201eOK!\u201d \u015fi \u201eComut\u0103!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Tehnic\u0103 bun\u0103 pentru lucrul \u00een perechi, dar am adaptat-o \u015fi pentru echipe.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cemparte clasa \u00een echipe de c\u00e2te doi elevi. Un elev este num\u0103rul Unu, cel\u0103lalt este num\u0103rul Doi. Pred\u0103 o cantitate mic\u0103 de informa\u0163ii \u015fi \u00eenso\u0163e\u015fte-o de gesturi. C\u00e2nd elevii cu num\u0103rul Unu au terminat de explicat, bate\u0163i iar\u0103\u015fi din palme \u015fi cere\u0163i s\u0103 inverseze rolurile, spun\u00e2nd \u201eComut\u0103!\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Pe m\u0103sur\u0103 ce elevii predau unii celorlal\u0163i, mi\u015fca\u0163i-v\u0103 prin clas\u0103 \u015fi asculta\u0163i ceea ce spun. Este o ocazie excelent\u0103 s\u0103 monitoriza\u0163i c\u00e2t a \u00een\u0163eles fiecare.
