Min\u0163ile omene\u015fti se \u00eencadreaz\u0103 \u00een trei categorii: I. care v\u0103d singuri \u015fi \u201eprev\u0103d\u201d totul; II. care v\u0103d c\u00e2nd al\u0163ii le arat\u0103; III. min\u0163i care singure nu v\u0103d \u015fi nici nu \u00een\u0163eleg c\u00e2nd li se arat\u0103. \u015ecoala lupt\u0103 pentru formarea celor din prima categorie.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2ntul rom\u00e2nesc a str\u0103b\u0103tut un drum ascendent cunoscut \u015fi apreciat peste hotare, cu examene de admitere, capacitate, bacalaureat la \u015fapte obiecte, sus\u0163inut \u00een prezen\u0163a publicului \u015fi, de ce nu, cu uniform\u0103, disciplin\u0103 bazat\u0103 pe exigen\u0163\u0103 \u015fi \u00een\u0163elegere.<\/p>\n<p>Istoria pedagogiei rom\u00e2ne\u015fti cunoa\u015fte reforme, legi, modalit\u0103\u0163i de organizare, ap\u0103r\u0103tori \u00eenfl\u0103c\u0103ra\u0163i ai culturii \u015fi \u015ftiin\u0163ei ca un \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt pentru mase, f\u0103r\u0103 de care nu se pot rezolva sarcinile economice \u015fi culturale ale societ\u0103\u0163ii. Amintim doar ideile pedagogice ale lui Gh. Laz\u0103r, Asachi, N. B\u0103lcescu, pedagog democrat, dup\u0103 care \u201eadev\u0103rul lumineaz\u0103 \u015fi d\u0103 putere\u201d, apoi G.G. Antonescu, V.A. Urechia, geograful S. Mehedin\u0163i, f\u0103r\u0103 s\u0103 uit\u0103m legea lui Spiru Haret din 1898. Numero\u015fi c\u0103rturari, lega\u0163i de popor, au luptat pentru dezvoltarea \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2ntului. Revizorul \u015fcolar Mihai Eminescu a criticat unele metode folosite \u00een \u00eenv\u0103\u0163are, memorarea mecanic\u0103, dar \u015fi faptul c\u0103 un \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103tor era pl\u0103tit cu 27 lei pe lun\u0103, iar cei de la conducere cu 1000 lei. Unde e\u015fti, Luceaf\u0103r al poeziei rom\u00e2ne\u015fti, s\u0103 vezi c\u0103 istoria se repet\u0103? De asemenea, \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103torul Ion Creang\u0103, revizorul \u015fcolar I. L. Caragiale, prof. Al. Vlahu\u0163\u0103, prin ideile lor pedagogice, prin actele de acuzare la adresa regimului, au \u00eendep\u0103rtat r\u0103ul, cu timpul.<\/p>\n<p>Tranzi\u0163ia Pedagogiei merge cu pa\u015fi m\u0103run\u0163i, ba uneori d\u0103 \u00eenapoi. Cadrele didactice \u015fi elevii au obosit de at\u00e2tea manuale alternative, de programe supra\u00eenc\u0103rcate, care contribuie la instalarea inhibi\u0163iei de protec\u0163ie, la abandon \u015fcolar, la sc\u0103derea apetitului, a capacit\u0103\u0163ii de \u00een\u0163elegere. Fiecare conducere se disculp\u0103, consider\u00e2nd c\u0103 vina apar\u0163ine conducerii precedente \u015fi tot a\u015fa. Fiecare epoc\u0103 a promovat elemente noi, progresiste \u00een practica \u015fi g\u00e2ndirea pedagogic\u0103. Valorificarea tradi\u0163iei \u015fcolii na\u0163ionale \u015fi universale, a experien\u0163ei pozitive a \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2ntului rom\u00e2nesc a creat cadrul legal pentru organizarea unei \u015fcoli care s\u0103 corespund\u0103 etapei actuale. Psihologii sus\u0163in c\u0103 orice activitate necesit\u0103 \u00eencerc\u0103ri \u015fi erori, dar dac\u0103 erorile nu sunt lichidate, r\u0103m\u00e2nem un popor asemenea unui Beethoven surd, unui Rafael orb, unui Napoleon lipsit de osta\u015fi, unui Balzac f\u0103r\u0103 condei.<\/p>\n<p>Rom\u00e2nia a fost \u015fi este prezent\u0103 \u00een plan mondial cu elemente de excep\u0163ie, tineri olimpici, intelectuali \u015fi muncitori care se afirm\u0103 prin preg\u0103tire \u015fi capacitate teoretic\u0103 \u015fi practic\u0103 \u015fi care nu se mai \u00eentorc \u00een \u0163ar\u0103. De ce \u015fi pentru ce?<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen perioada de tranzi\u0163ie a Pedagogiei, un rol important revine mass media, televiziunea \u00eens\u0103 prezint\u0103 adev\u0103rate lec\u0163ii demonstrative negative, \u00eenc\u00e2t nu-i de mirare c\u0103 un t\u00e2n\u0103r prins asupra faptului de t\u00e2lh\u0103rie, \u00eentrebat de poli\u0163ist de unde cunoa\u015fte aceast\u0103 practic\u0103, a r\u0103spuns simplu \u201ede la televizor\u201d. E trist c\u0103 \u00een sondajul de opinie efectuat \u00een r\u00e2ndul elevilor, cu privire la greva cadrelor didactice, ei au r\u0103spuns \u201eda, suntem de acord fiindc\u0103 au salarii mici \u015fi o duc greu\u201d \u2013 \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103torul \u015fi profesorul \u00ee\u015fi dob\u00e2ndesc prestigiul prin preg\u0103tirea de specialitate \u015fi pedagogic\u0103, dar \u015fi prin locul pe care \u00eel ocup\u0103 \u00een scara valorilor sociale.<\/p>\n<p>Unele emisiuni fac ca televiziunea s\u0103 devin\u0103 cumplit me\u015fte\u015fug de \u00eemboln\u0103vire psihic\u0103, prin filme de groaz\u0103, crime, pistoale, cu\u0163ite, furturi, sinucideri, violuri, limbaj agresiv, copii maltrata\u0163i, uci\u015fi, dormind prin canale precum \u015fobolanii. Muzica rom\u00e2neasc\u0103 a disp\u0103rut, se practic\u0103 c\u00e2ntece stridente, \u0163ip\u0103toare \u00eenso\u0163ite de mi\u015fc\u0103ri dezorganizate, ca ni\u015fte frunze purtate de v\u00e2nt, f\u0103r\u0103 gra\u0163ie, suple\u0163e, ging\u0103\u015fie, \u0163inut\u0103 elegant\u0103, frumuse\u0163e. Vai nou\u0103!<\/p>\n<p>Dea Dumnezeu ca tranzi\u0163ia Pedagogiei s\u0103 ne apropie de europeni, ca s\u0103 ne putem numi Europeni \u015fi cu faptele, nu numai cu numele.
